      Date of transaction: July 15, 2023 Order # ***** Amount paid: $17.97 They have a risk free stress free return policy if not 100% satisfied written on their website right below the product on the description page. The product itself is very low quality and does not do the job as advertised. Requested a refund and now they are stating the refund policy is return at a like new condition and return shipping at buyers cost. This is misleading and contradicting from what they are advertising. I feel this is fraudulent.

      The stress-free return policy means no question asked as long as the customer return the product back to us, we will offer 100% refund. The customer received the product on ******* and used it for almost a month before asking for a refund. If she feels the product is not good, she could have contacted us way in advance for a return rather than waiting this late.We already offer FREE shipping so if the customer decided to change their mind, they need to send it back to us as we are small business, we cant offer shipping both ways. Furthermore, we were in contact with the customer and she insisted on getting money back without wanting to send the product back us. We also feel the customer just wanted the product for free.

      One last note, we clearly indicated the refund policy on our website which specify our policy. The customer cant claim mis-leading as we are very transparent on our policy.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      Her response is still contradicting what is written on their website. It clearly states returns/refund within 30 days of delivery and now she is complaining that I used it for a whole month?! I am still within the return window. It is clear that they are phishing to have consumers purchase their products (same product anyone can purchase at a third party website for under $2). The reason why I am taking this to BBB is to warn others of the business ethics of toxic sellers as this. My other friend who purchased the product the same day as I have returned hers and the business refused to issue a refund because it is not in a like new condition. This business will make every excuse to not issue a refund.

      The customer clearly just want to defame our business to get her money back. Unfortunately, we conduct our business just like everyone else and our Refund/Return Policy is clearly published on our website. The customer keep saying we are not ethical seller but we also came across my fraudulent customers who just want the product for FREE. As we have mentioned that, if the customer can use the product for a month without issue then it clearly shows that our product has no problem.

      Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can assist the customer at this time. Hoping ******************** can be fair to both parties as we are very transparent in our policy. Furthermore, we DID offer the customer 100% refund but the customer REFUSED to send the product back to us for a refund. In conclusion, the customer is fraudulent and just want the product for FREE.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      It is still a fact that the seller intentionally puts misleading information, phishing consumers to buy the product with their verbiage 100% satisfaction guaranteed return stress free risk free on the actual page of the product. The seller states they have a 30 day return policy IF it is returned in a like new condition with shipping fee responsible of the buyer. This just gives them room to fight refunding the customers if it in fact returned. The ill intention is very clear of this fraudulent company. Also if they state 100% satisfaction guaranteed, how are they expecting it to be in a like new condition? How do they expect us to know if we are satisfied without trying it for at least two weeks? This cheap product was delivered on 7/21 and I requested a refund on 8/9. (Attached) How is this seller even arguing I used it for 30 days? They can keep my money, this product is long gone in the trash anyways, but I wish there are no more victims. And they delete bad reviews (only leaves minimal to pretend they dont delete them but my review has also been deleted on their website)
