      If I could give zero stars, I would. Their practices are completely unethical. I ordered a dress on March 23rd, and paid additional charges for expedited shipping. I received the dress over a month later, on April 27th - It did not fit and I initiated a request to return the dress and order it in a different size on April 30th. To initiate a request you have to speak to someone directly via email or chat as their scam of a website does not allow you to process the request automatically. I used the chat - No one responded for hours and I logged off. Since I knew their return policy was to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item, I tried again on May 10th knowing that I was JUST within the allotted time frame. I received a response on May 21st stating that I had surpassed the 14-day window and could not return. I don't even care about the return at this point, but their practices are unfair and sketchy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      I was talking to this business about returning a dress, we exchanged about 5 emails and they were finally going to give me a return address. But instead they blocked my email, and then I tried to use another email address and they blocked me on that one too. This is a scam business that makes cheap dresses and will absolutely not accept returns. I even paid for expedited shipping and it came way after the promised delivery date.

      This company is a scam. I ordered a bridesmaids dress and received the WRONG dress. They want me to pay to return it even though they sent me the wrong dress. Its not even remotely similar to what I ordered. **************** gives you the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

      DONT USE WEDTREND. This is a fast fashion company based in *****. I ordered three gowns from them and none of them fit so I tried to return them. Per their return instructions, I sent an email to the company and have had to send multiple follow up emails to demand they respond to me. I have literally had to send emails that say please respond to me. Their return policy says items need to be returned within 14 days from delivery. I genuinely believe they are taking 2-4 days to respond to me to try to run out the clock. I sent my initial email on April 9, followed up on April 11 and they returned my email April 12th. In that email they asked me if I could send them photos of my items with the sizes, asking if I received the right sizes. I did as asked. On April 13 they reminded me that Id pay the return fee or I could keep the gowns for a 10% return and I said I would happily pay for the return fee and did not want the dresses. It is now April 16th and I have sent TWO follow up emails demanding they send me their return address. They are trying to run out the clock. Do. Not. Use. Them.

      I ordered a dress 02/17/2024. It said I would recieve my dress 03/08/24. It was for a wedding on 03/31/24. It is now 03/16/24 and still no dress they just keep saying it is in process and they are ******* it.
