            Ripped me off! Increased the price 27% from their advertised rate at checkout. The first time using the self-wash for my two ******** Huskies was great! I was the only one using the facilities and the clerk was very nice and friendly. Took me the usual two hours to wash and blow dry both dogs. Nice service for $15 per dog. The second time was Sunday Feb 26. I arrived at their 12:00 noon opening. I finished both dogs, cleaned out the tub, and went to the checkout at 2:00 PM. During my 2 hours, two other clients used the second wash station for one dog each clocking in at an hour per dog. When I checked out, the clerk said she had to charge me an extra $8 because "four people were waiting." Absolutely ridiculous! A 27% surcharge because other people who came in after me were waiting while the people with the two other dogs at the second station each took the same time (an hour per dog). Pure theft. I will never go back to this or any other EarthWise.

            Good day, thank you so much for writing a review. During your two hours in our facility, perhaps you noticed the the sign directly above the tub that states the self wash is $14.99 for 30 minutes. Our employee was kind enough to only charge you an extra $7.99 when she very well should have charged an extra $7.99 for every extra half hour you were using the tub. During calm times we are sure not to rush anyone using the facility or charge extra. However, while you were here on a very busy Sunday, it was actually four other people that used the second self wash during that time. We have no issues at all with people staying for two hours when it is slow, but when there is a line we prefer each guest to only stay for half an hour out of respect for those waiting. We know it does take a long time to bathe two huskies, so we would definitely suggest taking the chance to bathe them when it is slow or dropping them off with groomers. We hope you have a great day and better experiences going forward.
