Brought in an Epson P800 printer for load paper error on 10/14. That issue was fixed on Nov 3rd but a rep (who I can identify when needed) at Dallas Printer Repair said I needed to send $200+ of ink to continue 'testing'. I sent that ink and on 11/5, the same rep told me that I had a bad print head, which would cost at least $700 in-addition to the repair costs already incurred for the paper load error (printer retails for $1250 new). From 11/6 to 11/22 (2 weeks), I left numerous messages with Dallas Printer Repair to call me back. I finally get a call back on 11/22, and the rep agreed to have the 'bad' print head reinstalled and would retest and that someone would contact me by 11/26, no later than 11/29-11/30. I've received no call backs. I've left several messages with their voicemail, with their receptionist, texted the rep, and emailed their service email address between 11/30-12/10. I have not received any responses to any of those attempts. Now, they have a new phone answering system that won't let you even get to a human if you choose 'existing repair' and are forced to leave a voicemail. If I select, 'new printer repair' option, I can get to the receptionist. However, she has never been helpful and every time she says I'll get a call back, it NEVER happens. I've even asked for the manager or owner to call me back, to no avail. I live 75 miles away from this company, I can't just pop-in and get my printer back. I need to make sure that I can settle my 'repair' bill (I've only paid $35 deposit on initial repair), and retrieve my printer, but literally no one is returning my messages and receptionist will not help me. At this point, I feel like this is a theft situation of over $1400 (printer and ink). I just want to cut my losses and forget about this horrible experience but I need to speak with someone at Dallas Printer Repair to do that. Please help me.
