      Had our roof come off with a hurricane on 7/8/24 which allowed water into our home. 7/30/24 I called and spoke to a man who told me I cant get a new roof and I need to get it approved first, then I was transferred and I spoke with ************************* on the phone who told me that I could have my roof replaced on 7/31/24 due to emergency repairs. I followed Sandies instructions and put the info. Today 8/14/24 I get messages that we need to fill out an ACC application, ( this was done and mailed to *************************** per instruction) and if the old shingle will match the new shingle. No the roof is gone and there is not a shingle to compare it with. So we literally got the same exact shingle as our direct neighbor who had his roof done and it was approved. So after speaking to ****** again. She said I was threatening and did not need to speak to her like that and that she didnt tell me I could get a roof on 7/30/24 phone for the date of 7/31/2024 which is not true because your words were, we know emergencies happen and Im cool, calm person. Well then my tone upset ******,my tone is because two years ago I was held down and raped and then put in a box for 10 days and Im trying to survive. Getting threatened by the *** that I will have to take my roof down would set anyone off that has any trauma in their life. So yes I reached out to a lawyer to see if this could happen and that is what I said. Please tell me what else you need to approve the roof that is already on my house because I cant live in an un-inhabitable home because yall want pictures of shingles. Please find a way to make the process easier when there is an emergency.

      PCW Goodwin Management is working from home. Not available by phone or in person, transactions, assistance for support or necessary paid customer service by its community. Managers should live within the ***. Salary is well over 200k a year from a medium income HOA, somthing needs to change very soon. To resolve this I want full transparency, the ability to have someone call its members back and work 100% in the office. It shouldnt be this difficult to solve problems and get a pool key.

      I do not get an answer when I call customer service. They send demand letters and say I need to respond within 45 days but I receive the letter 10 or more days later. I set up a bill pay to pay my account and my payments don't say their name or I still receive a demand letter-- instead it has a mix of numbers and letters. The last e-mails sent to me by the company have also been deleted (by them). I am usually a happy customer with many businesses but do not recommend this ****************************

Resolution: Informed homeowner that we only received one payment for this year of 2024. No other payment has been made in the account - the payment that was posted last May 4th was processed to January missed payment. Advised to check her account to double check if those amount was deducted in her bank account."

      This company has only bad reviews for a reason . Life was nice in our neighborhood until these people took over. Bunch of money hungry board members that dont care about us individuals. Our cluster mailboxes were damaged, it took months to replace after mail was constantly damaged and illegible. Then once they were replaced without the *** notifying us, we were never provided keys, nor were we told to go pick up keys at the post office. No instructions or information provided. I spoke with the carrier and was asked to go to the post office. After 4-5 trips to the post office, we finally got keys about 4 months later. I check my mail and see these massive *** fees. I was not notified by email or phone/text. I asked for consideration in waiving fees due to this issue along with other issues and they were quick to deny it. If they respond to this:1. Youre not sorry, if you were, you would actually do something about it, not just send a response on why you should not be held accountable 2. You made zero attempts to notify outside of by mail knowing **** well we have been dealing with mailbox issues. You do not strive to communication clearly or thoroughly and you know it. 3. Dont ask me to contact your office to work something out. I did that and you offered no help and took no accountability for the mailbox situation that you all manage and have an obligation to make sure we have access to mail 4. Dont rely on chatGPT to write your responses to try and make it appear that yall are a decent organization 5. You are not committed to improving our communication and providing a fair resolution process. Thats why you have offshore customer service with no option to speak with anyone in charge. That info came from yalls customer service

      Doesnt matter how many times I **ntact them I sold my house in ********* ** yet I **ntinue to get threatening letters from the **** Apparently no one likes to do anything for anyone. Well this is ur formal notice now. 1. The house once again was sold in May AS IS the new owners are responsible for it. 2. Continuing to fine me for a house I dont own shows the in**mpetence of ur company. 3. The letters are harrasment of a seriously disabled vet. Stop sending them immediately!4. Return all fines immediately. 5. Learn how to read 6. Learn how to do things that people need instead of being lazy 7. Your so called chat is never answered. Really was that the plan all along?

      My experience with Goodwin and Company has been horrific. Pestered with fines and weekly penalties for ridiculous reasons. No recourse. All about fees, penalties, poor communication and pain. Quick to put a lien on your house. Avoid like the plague.

      On May 6th, I contacted Community Manager for my Condo unit in ******. TX because the fire sprinkler in my garage has a leak ************* Manager has failed to respond to texts, emails and voicemails. No matter who I speak with, ** referred back to the same Community Manager. Cannot get any one to provide me with his bosses number so I can get help. This company is very poorly run.

      ***************************** with Goodwin is the Property Manager for ****************. She is absolutely horrible at her job and offers no compassion or professional attitude. Non helpful and pawned me off to a non existent department when I was stuck outside of the community gate. I also had a plumber denied entry for two days due to her neglect to pick up the phone and call me. She chose to send and email basically saying no help or assistance with a gate code. So, I pay dues for what ? What a big mistake moving here. I hope she gets more training and finds the skills to do the job. Or replace her immediately. I deserve answers immediately.

      This management company should not be allowed to manage properties Ongoing issues with a rental property, the homeowner appears to be in ***********This rental property has seen major violations with almost all of its renters disturbing everyone around them with their issues for years.Major violations of the *** rules and we have submitted video and information to Goodwin company and they have done nothing.We are currently seeking litigation.

Especially in regards to tresspassing. if there is any violations you would like to report that are specific to the address please do so at goodwintx.com/resources REPORT A DEED VIOLATION. Owners should fill out all fields and include a photo with their report. These reports are reviewed in the same manner as the Townsq Requests.

      Terrible management company since day one. I can see why HOAs like them though. They don't respond in a timely fashion, slow roll on taking care of HOAs responsibility, have you use their contractors and when the work is not completed correctly you are left to pay/fix yourself, had leaky roof for months and I was left to pay for the damage caused. They have taken me off autopay more than once, charged me the late fees, never reached out to my personal cell to let me know I was late, even though I had been having ongoing conversations with the same person regarding sewer leaks. I can say I will never ever buy/rent a property that is managed by Goodwin. Don't expect anything from them and save yourself some peace of mind. If you like the run around and like to pay for things yourself, then Goodwin is a winner.
