Our HOA was successfully dissolved by our HOA attorney and on April 29, 2024 our HOA attorney approved the distribution refund amounts which was based on Noora's, with Goodwin, FINAL figures that she finally gave to us. We still have not received any refunds. I called Noora on 6/3/24 but she didn't answer her phone so I called the Dallas office and waited on hold for over an hour before my call was disconnected without ever having been picked up. During the wait I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office I emailed Noora and copied Brandi on the email . (see attached pdf of the emails). Brandi called later that day and also sent me an email, Despite TWELVE DAYS going by Brandi has not accomplished anything Brandi told this week that they have to build 56 accounts so they can process 56 checks. Personally I'm confused as to WHY they haven't managed to accomplish this in the month and a half since you approved the refunds amounts. Now, on Brandi's email to me below on June 13th she stated that there were a "few outstanding / uncleared checks in our balance vs. the original" and that she would give me an update later that day. But the amounts previously approved would be reduced by $14 per check x 56 = $784. She never responded back on Thursday, nor did she respond to my email on Friday in which I requested that she send me copies of the checks she was referring to. I DEMAND that Goodwin give me copies of the "outstanding" checks and the last 6 months bank statements. I had previously told Noora that I would come pick up the "check book" and take control of the bank account and write out the checks myself, she never responded back to me. I am willing to do whatever it takes for me and the board to assume control over the bank account and write the checks ourselves which will save us paying them to do it for us. The property owners, including myself, are beginning to believe that Goodwin does not have our money which is why they are dragging their feet.
