Apex ******************* is withholding a portion of the security deposit without providing proper documentation. I received a check in the mail for $515.00. Apex ******************* deducted the amount of $1,085.00 in charges without sufficient documentation. After several attempts to obtain sufficient documentation for the deductions, to date ***************************** has yet to provide that information.After sending exhibits with timestamps, photos and all evidence that the property was left in pristine condition, ***************************** has decided to mail yet another check I the amount of $250.00, without the proper documentation for the other deductions. Apex has since decided to reach out via phone rather than contacting me via email.Initial Complaint

My property was listed with Coldwell Banker from 04/24 to 05/24. I started having several complaints about my Realtor ********************* License#******. I asked for a meeting with the Broker of my property. Sales Manager ******************************* License #******, **** and myself had a meeting on May 13, 2024. ************ ask me to reduce my listing from $315,000.00 to $305,000.00 and also pay a 6% commission. Once I didn't agree with the terms **** started yelling at me. ***** never stepped in to let **** know this was unprofessional. I felt since they both were trying to force me to lower my price and pay higher commission I decided to pull the property from Coldwell Banker. ***** gave me a form and told me to initial on a certain line and sign the documents. On June 14, 2014 I meet with ***** again to express my dissatisfaction with my property not being pulled from the market and the Realtors Listing. He informed me that he would pull the listing once I paid 1% commission or hired an attorney then my contract will be pulled. I feel that I have be unfairly treated and unprofessionally treated.
