      I purchased an eco 365 probiotic unit in 2019. It worked for the time it took to go through the first bottle of roombiotic liquid. It never siphoned the 2nd bottle. I called the company and was sent a replacement which also didnt work. I now have two nonfunctional units in my living room. I would like a replacement functional unit or reimbursement for the cost of the product.

      Hello,

      This is a customer of a dealership we no longer provide products to. We have upheld our warranty by sending her an additional unit in place of the one she claims to be defective. Unfortunately, something happened to the unit during transit, and she is also now claiming this *** to be defective as well. We have asked for the two units back and we will priority ship and provide the tracking number for the new unit. However, due to the circumstances she does not want to do this and wants a technician to come out and replace the unit. Again, due to the fact that she is not a customer of ours, her authorized dealer was, she will have to be patient until we can have another current dealer that is willing to help provide her with the *** swap. We have already explained who we are verses the dealer and how the warranty works. We are more than happy to uphold our end of the warranty, but what she is asking is not something the warranty does cover; therefore, she will have to work with us and remain patient unless she wants another unit shipped after we receive the other two "defective" units back.

      I am rejecting this response because:   They have failed to give me a timeline to expect resolution/technician. I have only one prepaid box to return two non-functional units. I have been patient and am willing to continue to be as long as I know there is a visible light at the end of the tunnel.

      This situation has not been resolved. I have heard nothing from ****** about satisfying this issue and cannot give a favorable opinion on this product. He has not offered to provide box for return of product ************* compensation.

      In December of 2021 I had a Healthy home 365 installed in my home in the Villages FL. The unit was to eliminate dust, and allergenes in the a/c system of our house. The unit was installed in December of 2021 . The unit was to be inspected after 6 months and the fluid replaced (filled) up again. The fluid was to last a year. Or dust problem is still the same and our allergies are still bad. We also purchased a 4 year supply of the fluid. I have called the distributor, Premium Home Efficiency in Dallas TX, no answer. The manufacturer, Healthy Home 365 of Richardson TX, customer service states to keep calling them or file a BBB complaint. HH 365 states they do not use that dealer anymore because of other complaints. I would think HH 365 knows the dealer left . Why won't HH 365 help me out, either repair, replace or refund after all its their warranty.

      Myself and my mother purchased the Eco Probiotic System 365 and the KOOL Blue Treatment on 7/22/19 and started having issues soon after. We wake up congested, itchy watery eyes, runny noses. We're getting sick more often and there's been such a increase of dust it's as if there's a layer of sand on everything. If we wipe the surface of a table down, that same day it will be covered in that dust/sand. They told me it would cut down on dust and allergens and it's been so much worse. We tried calling the person who sold it to us and both numbers are the card have been disconnected. The business card says Healthy Home 365 and on the back it says Advanced Eco Solutions. We googled Advanced Eco Solutions and the company doesn't exist! There's no trace of it online and the address for the business is a home. We called Healthy Homes and they told us it hasn't been long enough for the product to work and that we need to wait longer for it to be beneficial and it's just gotten worse. We have to change our air filter monthly because it's so caked in this dusty sand stuff. I just want the Eco Probiotic System removed from my attic and my money for it refunded. I've already paid $2,868.74 and so I'm so fed up. When we contacted our lender they told us there's another company named Edge America Tech LLC that the loan is for and I've never even heard of them so I don't know where they came in, none of my paperwork mentions them. I googled their company and Healthy Home 365 and it's the exact same address. I just feel misled and all the things that were promised just weren't true.

      After 34 months paying for the products I bought from Healthy Homes 365 through their contractor US Eco Tech LLC I'm completely unsatisfied and I want the debt I was forced to sign up with EnerBank USA/today under new ownership, to be cancelled and I get a refund for payments made to EnerBank USA during the life of the loan. I was brain watched with a well crafted mail invitation and dinner presentation of the groundbreaking innovation in air quality that will be paid itself by reducing my energy bills and improve my quality of life with clean home air. The reps moved fast and the same night of the presentation, the ceiling of my 1341 sf mobile home was painted -including the fans- and because I didn't have A/C unit and a swamp cooler instead, they sold me a portable Eco probiotic system to keep in my main bedroom. I got a quote that changed when I received the docs from Enerbank. I made used of the 3 days refusal of contract by email -attached- but forced to sign the contract to avoid a lawsuit The energy bill of my house never went down and last year I called Healthy Homes because my unit wasn't working and I got a replacement with a unit that has a blue light two feet long from top to bottom staying on day and night, and I couldn't keep using this system any longer, besides I noticed the system didn't work at all purifying the air in my home. Proof of that is the lung problems I'm experiencing and for witch I'm looking medical treatment overseas. Every day I see a bill from Enerbank, my stomach gets upset. I had to start a debt relief process for health and financial hardship issues last year and I need to have the debt with Enerbank cancelled, since I'm no longer working for health issues. I also need to express the feeling I have of have being abused through neuroscience manipulation and misleading scientific facts presentations, and legal lawsuits if I didn't pay for a job done on my house under false pretenses.

When presenting this claim I had the intention to speak up for those like me who have been victims of unethical business practices like the sales team of Healthy Home 365 used to perform back in 2019, as follows: Sending free dinner invitations that ended up costing me close to $12,000 USD, targeting vulnerable groups such as elder, widow, and widower homeowners creating a bond using the "Reciprocity effect, the basis of persuasion! All those tactics are aimed at helping you make an emotional rather than a rational decision. If I felt pressured to give my contact information, older, more vulnerable people might be persuaded to sign away much more..." And not only that, using a deceiving presentation of their products and I proved it with the documentation I provided to support this claim. "HEALTHY HOME 365 - 21 Photos & 10 Reviews - Insulation Installation ...yelp.com > home services > home energy auditors Specialties: Feeling frustrated and helpless every month when you receive your utility bill? Take back control of your comfort and lower your utilities by making your sick home healthy again! What makes a Healthy Home? Proper insulation, adequate ventilation, and clean air!" My utility bill didn't change after the paint of the ceiling by Healthy Home 365. And the air pollution of my home couldn't be improved ONLY with a small portable air cleaner as Healthy Home 365 makes believe customers, according to the EPA guidelines: https://www.epa.gov/indoor-air-quality-iaq/air-cleaners-and-air-filters-home "The most effective ways to improve your indoor air are to reduce or remove the sources of pollutants and to ventilate with clean outdoor air. In addition, research shows that filtration can be an effective supplement to source control and ventilation. The sales team of Healthy Home 365 had to justify their trip from Texas to Kingman, Arizona and they needed to move quickly. That's why they promised me being pre-approved by a financial company they worked with, "Enerbank USA", with terms that changed after the fact of the "improvement on my home -painting with a product that guarantees to eliminate heat and keep warm in the winter and a portable air cleaner- I sent an email to the sales representative John Parsons <********@gmail.com, intending to use the 3 days of refusal for changing the terms of the loan I didn't agree with. Mr. Parsons was well trained! After talking on the phone with him, I had two choices: getting a lien on my home or taking the loan they offered me. At the moment, I trusted the good faith of Healthy Homes 365 representatives. I couldn't know they weren't honest about selling me products that won't work in my home. I gave them the "benefit of the doubt" and took the loan. After almost three years paying for this loan, I had to present this claim to BBB, the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and/or any other government agency, requesting for a deeper investigation of the unethical practices of Healthy Home 365, considering that I'm not the only victim as you can find more cases online.
