of the BBB Code of Advertising requires that claims regarding product
performance or efficacy be substantiated with recent "competent
scientific, engineering, or other objective data."
As of March 27, 2023, the company has failed to provide the BBB with materials to substantiate its advertised claims or otherwise modify the claims to adhere to BBB advertising standards.
