These descriptions contain claims about the results and efficacy of the items that the company offers for sale. These claims include, but are not limited to, the following:

            * Appetite Control Mug: "The Appetite Control Mug helps reduce cravings and overeating while improving hydration properties and coherent energies in fluids or foods placed in or on the Appetite Control Mug."

            * Refrigerator eCrystal: "Primarily used in a refrigerator to extend the life of produce while enhancing the life supporting energies of foods & beverages."

            * Large Area clearing Quantum Harmonic eCrystal Salt: "Lamps (22ft Radius) Special Quantum Harmonic BioSupport Technology clears negative effects of Geopathics, EMR, EMF, and Chaos from all sources within the home or office."

            Section (19) of the BBB Code of Advertising requires that claims regarding product performance or efficacy be substantiated with recent "competent scientific, engineering, or other objective data."
