      Closed on my house in mid April . Did not use the ** long enough to find leaking evaporator coil ( research says it is a common issue with this) called Lennox customer service - ********************** cannot warranty it due to transfer of ownership . The unit is 6 years old home is built in 2018. Extremely disappointed due to Lennox not interested in taking accountability of their failure but using new home ownership as an excuse instead. I hope this reaches the management team at ************************** get some sort of help in regards to their premature failed product .

      Home is only 2.5 years old and the ** coil has already gone bad. My HV** contractor had to refill the freon which cost $400. He opened a warranty claim with Lennox on Jun 19th. Almost 3 weeks later and still no coil. ****** heat is quite extreme so freon is constantly being used and without the working coil, it will only last for so long before it requires to be refilled again. At anywhere between $50-$100 per pound of freon, it adds up very quick.Lennox, please provide an update on my warranty claim and expedite the delivery of the warranty covered replacement for the coil. Almost 3 weeks is far too long to get this processed, especially during this ****** heat.

      This air conditioner sucks! I will never buy again. The only way to get parts is to have an AC company come to my house. I can fix it myself, I dont need to spend money I dont have. Not sure why their website offers dealers when they are not dealers at all but other companies who want my money to look at my unit. Thanks for holding my pocket hostage!

Your servicing dealer is responsible for all warranty service work and claim processing. Please be aware that the servicing contractors who purchase our products have their own business practices, pricing, and operations. We understand your desire to resolve an issue yourself. However, for your safety, we must advise that any and all equipment diagnosis, repair, and replacements must be performed by a qualified HVAC contractor. Most contractors guarantee the work performed, which not only protects you from possible personal injury, but also from unnecessary expenses that *** arise.       Nobody should ever buy Lennox I'm currently in the same situation as ********************** My compressor also broke, also is "covered" by warranty, but we are now in week 7 of a 6 week time delay in the middle of summer to actually supply the new part. Its been extremely hot. Lennox has put no effort into remedying the situation that they caused. By not supplying the necessary parts in a timely manner (6 weeks is ridiculous and the executives executives should be ashamed of this -- because of course its on purpose), Lennox is effectively failing to honor their warranty. When there is a class action lawsuit to fight back against this intentional and obvious cost cutting policy to not honor warranties, I will gladly join in.       I purchased a Lennox AC system in 2020 and have had nothing but problems with it. Most recently the compressor failed and needs to be replaced. My service technician tried to locate a replacement compressor, which is under warranty by Lennox, but was told they were on back order with a delivery time estimated at 3 4 weeks. Since then, I have made numerous calls to Lennox Customer Affairs (**********, ************************ and ****, Case #********) trying to find a solution. I was told to submit service records, which I did along with all other documentation requested. I was told to have my technician call the warranty **** but whenever he did he got an auto response that no one is available to take the call. Every time I called Lennox Customer Affairs I was told that they required 3-5 days to review my service records, adding that any resolution would be at the discretion of the manufacturer. As of today, I have been without a functioning AC for 5 days in the South Florida summer heat waiting for a response from Lennox. My service contractor and I have done everything they have told us to do in order to obtain a Lennox-approved warranty repair. We have been left with no choice but to purchase a new compressor from a non-Lennox dealer, at my own expense, in order to get my AC working again and protect the more vulnerable members of my household. The fact that Lennox does not maintain a supply of critical replacement parts for their HVAC systems when so much of the country is experiencing life-threatening heat is irresponsible. Manufacturers who do not provide the components necessary to sustain the warranty that they sell consumers are effectively not honoring that warranty. And for a manufacturer of such a costly and life-sustaining product as air conditioning to not honor their warranty has far greater implications. By the end of the day today, I will have spent $3,000 in labor and parts that should have been covered by Lennox to get my AC working again.

      Lennox is the worst company to deal with. Please do not but their inferior products and worst quality check. We built the home in 2014 and twice we replaced the condensation unit and we spent big money to it. Even though Lennox knos the quality of their product and settled the court case they did not reach out to home owners or responded to us when we reached out to them. Very bad customer service and they are only interested in selling the worst product and claim they are the best.

      Our home is less than 6 months old and our HV** unit sounds like it's dying. Everytime it goes off there is a loud noise it makes. I have contacted the builder of my home because we have a 1 year warranty and they are saying that Lennox know about the issue. Well if they know about the issue why don't they recall the product that is having the issue and make it right. I have had older units that were much less noisy. They say there is nothing they can do about it until the unit stops working. We are coming into the summer months and I live in the south. It get hots quick and I will not stay in the house if that unit breaks. I also have a pet and I will not let her suffer. Oh, and here is the solution I was given.... get ready for it because it is a joke. The ** guy told me to get a sprinkler that goes side to side and run it all day to make sure that the unit doesn't over heat. Are you kidding me? Water in my town is expensive as is and I am not going to do that because the unit is in shade all day. I know he is just trying to help, but it doesn't. I would not recommend buying a Lennox. I have always had Trane and I will request them not to use Lennox and put a Trane in instead. Sorry to ramble on about this, but I am furious about this. My husband and I worked very hard to build this house and we are already having issues. It is very disappointing. Thank you for allowing me to post my review and complain on her your sight.

      Purchased a new heat pump Lennox Merit Series in 2017 based on the reputation of Lennox products. The outdoor unit has failed two times in a little over one year due to freon leaks, which is a costly repair. Apparently, the unit vibrates too much and causes the "braze" to fail. Unacceptable quality from a higher end product. Will not purchase another Lennox unit.

      I do not recommend Lennox products because they do not stand behind their product. We purchased a u it and its not even 3 yrs old and we have had nothing but problems out of it.

      DON'T BUY LENNOX. WORST UNIT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY UNIT BROKE DOWN SINCE MAY 4TH NO PARTS TO COME REPLACING IT AND THEY DID NOT EVEN CONTACT ME TO SAY THEY ARE SORRY EVEN I EMAILED THEM MY COMPLAINT. WORST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. LOOKING FOR PEACE I BOUGHT H*** BECAUSE MY HOUSE NOW IS HIT AS H***
