Rescue Test Strips does not honor its advertisements: I went to the site and got a $50 quote and then they emailed me a written quote at $50 per box. I then mail in the boxes and they were received and then a representative called and stated they would on pay me $30 a box. I referred to the written quote they gave me and the representative would not yield. My review is that Rescue Test Strips will not honor its own advertising that was sent as a written quote to the client. This is trickery and unfair. It is impossible to get a fair deal from them, even if the price is delivered in a written quote. I advise one not to deal with them and take their business elsewhere. The representative fought tooth and nail not to honor the written agreement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY -- THEY WON'T HONOR WHAT THEY SAY OR WRITE!!!! Good day Rescue Test Strips: In my dealings with *************************** over the last 8 months disclosed in the attached documents, I was paid $50.00 a box, which would establish an estoppel -- Law -- noun: the principle which precludes a person from asserting something contrary to what is implied by a previous action or statement of that person or by a previous pertinent judicial determination. Subsequently, I have attached the invoices, i.e., evidence, of the payment arrangement and commitment which has been honored and paid by Rescue Test Strips, in the past. Moreover, in the attached invoices (contracts) from Rescue Test Strips, there is no language of any price modifications that would subject the invoice (contract) price, to an if-then conditional statement that would deny my license to the amount presented on the invoice (contract). The attached invoices (contracts), and the past payment remittance of Rescue Test Strips compose the reason(s) I sent my test strip boxes to Rescue Test Strips and conclude that it is beholden and indebted to me in the amount of $60.00 that was not deposited to my PayPal account. I secured the payment remitted by Rescue Test Strips in retrospect of our phone conversation, in which -- I DECLARED TO YOU, THAT RECEIVING PAYMENT WAS A PARTIAL PAYMENT, and that Rescue Test Strips continues to owe me $60. Furthermore, THE PAYMENT SENT WAS RECEIVED AS A DEPOSIT OR BINDER OF THE INVOICE (CONTRACT) RESCUE TEST STRIPS DELIVERED TO ME. In addition, the payment that Rescue Test Strips sent was received -- NOT AS A DISCONTINUATION OF THE INVOICE (CONTRACT) ALLOCATED TO ME but as an admonition that Rescue Test Strips concedes and establishes the estoppel decree I have previously specified.Due to the invoice(contract), the estoppel and other legal-moral-obligations -- RESCUE TEST STRIPS CONTINUES TO OWE me $60.00 BASED ON ITS PAST ACTIONS REGARDING TEST STRIP PAYMENTS AND, IN PARTICULARLY, BASED ON THE CONFINES OF THE INVOICE(CONTRACT) DELIVERED TO ME. RESCUE TEST STRIPS HAS A DUTY TO BE COMPELLED TO OBLIGE THE PROVISIONS OF PAYMENT IN THE INVOICE (CONTRACT) THAT IT EMAILED TO ME. RESCUE TEST STRIPS SHOULD RECEIVE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROVISIONS THE FORENAMED LEGAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHES - COMPLETE AND COMPLY TO THE INVOICE(CONTRACT) AGREEMENT IT RENDERED TO ME, AND SEND THE $60.00 BALANCE OWED TO ME.
