On April 1, 2022 we were contacted about our restaurant sponsoring ********* Back The Blue t-shirts. We had just reopened in January & thought this would be a great opportunity for a great cause. We were assured we would be the only business of our kind (restaurant) on the shirts & once they received our logo, shirts should be in process & sent out within the next month. I paid $549.95 (out of my own pocket, not the businesss) for this sponsorship which was a large sum for me but I was hoping the result would be worth it. I contacted ******** on May 6 in regards to checking on the status because we hadnt heard anything about proof of our logo and after seeing/hearing other complaints about the company, I was beginning to feel we were scammed & requested a refund. I was told the shirts were already sent to production & would be going out shortly. Ms. ***** (the owner) reached out multiple times over the next few months to touch base & was given the same response every time. Last week in October, we received a call at the restaurant from the same company asking us to sponsor a spot on ********* Back the Blue shirts. I told the lady we already did this & havent even received anything so we definitely werent doing it again. We contacted ******** about this & requested another refund. She said the shirts were shipped out and we should be receiving them Monday, October 17.. we asked for the tracking number to verify. A package of Back the Blue shirts came in yesterday and our logo was NOWHERE on the shirts. I was furious and reached out and demanded a refund or I would request a dispute with our bank. They said that they sent that package of shirts basically as a gift but the ones with our logo should be arriving this week then sent a picture of shirts that had us on them. This is so sad for small businesses to put our trust & risk spending our money to support a local cause just to be given the run around for 6 months. NEVER again with this company!!

We were contacted in reference to purchasing a spot for advertising our business on a t-shirt for cancer awareness in our local area. The young lady I spoke with asked for a phone number, address, business name and email. I gave her the information because she said she could send some additional information. I agreed since I would need to discuss it with my husband, and if he wanted to then we could move forward. I never received an email, nor did I receive a phone call, they also had my husband's number but no call was ever made to him either. That was **** of this year,in September of 2021 we received a t-shirt in the mail with our Business name and personal cell phone numbers on it. I then immediately began receiving collection calls stating that I owed money, for an advertisement i requested on a local t-shirt. When I was able to talk to someone I explained that I had not agreed to do business with them, Therefore, I am not responsible for paying the amount they requested. She told me she would confirm that they had sent the email and call back. When she called back to verify the email address that they had sent the information to, the email was incorrect. She told me they did not need to speak to anyone because the emails clearly stated that if they did not get a response they would move forward with the advertisement. Since then, my husband and I have continued trying to explain that we did not agree to the service, did not receive any emails, upload logos or sign any agreements. She has called every day for the past 3 months multiple times. She has threatened to report us to the credit bureaus, pursue further legal action, and complained about how unprofessional it is to not pay our **** after they provided a service. She told my husband i agreed to the advertisement/invoice amount. Obviously after reading all the other complaints, this is a common business practice for them. If more people were to report them, perhaps they would stop scamming businesses!

We record all conversations inbound and out  which include the sales call, customer service and collections. The sales call occurred before the new system was in place. Therefore do not have the the initial sales call. However we do have calls between the customer and our collections department. Since we do not have the original call giving us permission to **** the customer we are going to cancel the sale.
