Penny Paws Animal Clinic - We have a basset named *********************. We made several appointments with this animal clinic and it was cancelled every time.Last appointment was made 4/22/2022 and went into the office, into the patient room only to be told after ************************************** No one offered for another doctor to see the dog. We were not re-scheduled after several cancelled appointments. Our dog has a very large lump on her leg that needs to be removed. The doctors at Penny Paws showed no interest in the health of the animal. This is a very sad and disturbing clinic for a veterinary office to show no interest in a very serious health condition of an animal. Poor customer service from the front office to the back office.Business response

I have already spoken with the client about this issue and apologized for the level of service received, client sought treatment elsewhere for his pet.
