We rented from the one in Needville, TX back in January 2023 and we are still waiting for our deposit back. First we were told that Venmo was not working and then that a check was in the mail. Check never arrived and was supposedly lost. It's the middle of April now and still no deposit refund of $500. They do not return calls or text message and if they do, it is always an excuse.

BEWARE!! Do not rent from this company! We rented from them in August, 2022 and had them deliver the camper to an rv resort. They do not answer their phone in the office EVER! The fifth wheel we rented was not clean, the mattress was soiled and worn out, blinds were broken, not well stocked with kitchen basics. They are eager to get your information, credit card number and copy of your ID but do not credit back the security deposit within 14 days after pick up as their policies state on their website. It is now 6 weeks since our awful experience and still no credit back. They do not respond to emails calls, messages or texts. One excuse after another. Poorly run business!

We take a annual trip to the lost lagoon in El Campo every year. In the past we rent 3 RVs from another company, with not one issue. They are no longer in business , so we were referred to Vacay RV Rentals in Rosharon. I made reservation in February 2022 for June 16th thru 19th. 2022 and another RV June 17th -19th. My first warning should have been that although I was told I would be getting a rental agreement which I never got after reminding via text week after week. They ask for my ID and deposit. I was told they would both be stocked . All I needed to bring is blankets,sheets ,pillows and towels and of course our food. . I was also told I would get a text letting me know where they put the keys after delivering,plus emailed reciepts. The RV was not stocked, well it was hit and miss. I had to call to find out where key was ,no answer, then finally a text. I was never emailed a reciepts or agreement. The AC was broke I had my 74 year old mother with us. She and I had to go get a room and the next day it was finally fixed . They never compensated us for the lost day and they gave me the run around on deposit finally received a month later. The RV I rented for my daughter was old,stunk like sewer and hot. She lost all her food because her refrigerator only got cool not cold, they never made that right either. Our vacation was ruined due to loosing a day ,my daughter loosing her food ,with more out of pocket expense because these people do not properly run a business. Again right at a month for this deposit back. We will never rent from them again . I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake I did. Lost Lagoon is a vacation we always enjoy, this year with all the RV problems it was a complete bust. Becareful who you rent from.
