            In June of 2023, I was scheduled for surgery to have 9 teeth removed, a temporary top teeth plate put in for healing and a six month plan to replace my top teeth with a denture. The agreement was $11,400 for the entire six month period and costs.The initial estimate was roughly $500 per tooth removal, several thousand dollars for the permanent denture and a thousand dollars for the temporary, healing denture.The removal of the 9 teeth were rough, to say the least. The surgeon and crew had a broken IV stand. I passed out prior to the surgery when they inserted the IV. They simply brought me to...and put me out. The temp denture did not fit. I had no healing denture (or teeth) for 2 weeks. The denture I had waited for was completely messed up and the office was surprised they looked so bad.They agreed to refund the the cost of the temp denture. I told them no other work needed to be done.They continue to charge me for the denture (they said they would refund), the permanent denture that will never be delivered, and visits to adjust the denture that never happened and never will.I have attempted to contact the office to only be put on hold or state they will need to call me back.I'm seeking a refund for all services that have not been rendered (a refund of $6,800. It feels like a lot of run around only for the office to post the amount they are charging me again so that I see the bill amount. Very frustrating that the convenience of their business being paid in full before anything is done gives them all the authority and power to hold on to thousands of dollars that I am not able to utilize to get another company to fix the denture and dental issue Roanoke Dental Group caused. I'm unable to move forward with my treatment for my teeth, smile, and overall daily appearance because Roanoke Dental Group still has my money that was paid for them to render services they did not render at all.

            After being booked to have my molar removed, I show up, only not to be greeted by the heavy set receiptionist ****, who was too busy being on her phone to even notice a few of us waiting to be acknowledged for our app't. Long story short, I ended being switched to a dentist that appeared too green and lacked proper training, since he ( ******************* ) couldn't a tooth or much anything else, so ***** C******* demanded I have my two teeth root canaled. I informed him, I had already seen my previous dentist a month ago and wanted the one tooth that was found to be decayed pulled. ******************* failed to show me in any X-ray he claimed he had taken but kept saying," trust me we took X-rays and it's two teeth you need a root canal on." I was in so much pain that after having uselessly sit in the chair for over 3.5 hours, I agreed sheepishly to go along with what ******************* said I shoould do. But again never showed me any X-rays. Past forward 3.5 hours later almost 4 hours later, he sent me home with add't excruciating pain ( i did not undrestand why I was in more pain than now than I came in with, i noticed when I got home, ******************* not only wasted my time , asked for a substantial deposit ( total bill for two teeth he quoted over $10,500) he can caused me major injuries. Apparently instead of drilling the tooth , he drilled the right side of my tongue causing a hole in my tongue. I was in so much pain I called him and asked him why he would send me home and not inform me he had made some gross errors. To my surprise, he was silent and said nothing. ******************* has been reported and though he continued to demand his $$$ for which he did not complete any work nor compensate me for my injuries, continued to send me a bill , until I took legal action. In which he was for ** yo pay back my deposit for work he NEVER DID NOR COMPENSATED ME FOR GOING TO A MEDICAL DOCTOR THE SAME DAY , to be severely treated for my injury he had caused & never apologized for!
