            I tried to speak to a representative on the phone and he said he had no time this was his cell please text him my information. Since this is a very rural area it is very hard to describe in a text the location since there are no direct addresses. After mutliple texts and finally finding an address from the property next door he then informs me that he is to busy and wont service my area. I let him know that his website says they do service my area. and he texts me that they get to chose who they work for. Well long story short i do not advise anyone to use them because if they dont have time to talk to you in person they then they probably will not do the kind of work you want. I have livestock with no water during a drought and they still didnt have time to speak to me until i told me them i was leaving this review.

            I am sorry, but we do not have a secretary answering the phone every minute of the day. Water well drilling is a complex industry and requires us to wear many hats in a day. However, we DID answer the phone when you called and you WERE contacted back and given the information. We cover many counties, but some of the outer counties we only cover part of. Why was your county on our site and we didn't cover it? Because the web designer did not know how to draw a line to divide the county. Some of the outer counties have an 80 mile difference from corner to corner. That simple. And that was the answer you were given.

            This all comes down to poor customer service. The company is still blaming others for their failures. The web designer, we are not secretaries. The size of the counties. I wasted days dealing with them and excuses. Dont make the same mistake.

            In the many years of business... never had such a hateful person that we didn't even do business with and politely told him he was out of our service area. In reality, just dealing with a miserable person that is angry with life.

            I am kind of surprised that the BBB would let you take personal shots at a reviewer posting about a business that has poor customer service. But thank you anyway that just kind of makes my case. The fact that you are so offended lets everyone know your business practices concerning customer service and your ability to work through issues like adults. And i am not a person angry with life. I am a person with Livestock with no water which i have now had to sell half of to be able to continue to keep the rest.
