Poor customer service. My parents spent close to $1700 on putting faux wood blinds-in their home. But when a slat got damaged and broke i called ******* the owner and she asked me to forward her pictures of the broken blind. She said they have to replace the whole blind for $300 because they cannot get the slat! They did not offer to come out and look and offer any other option. My parents neighbor was able to take the extra slat from the bottom out and replace it for $20.Poor follow up customer service.

We strive to provide the best customer service for all our clients in the 25 years we have been doing this business. I'm sorry you feel differently about your experience but as we stated we couldn't replace your blind under warranty. Our warranty is one of the best in the industry which includes lifetime on warpage, discoloration and sagging but it doesn't cover damage done by an animal. There was a total of 4 slats damage that I could see from your picture and yes there wasn't enough slats to do a proper quality repair so we gave you the price for a new blind which your parents deserve after your dog destroyed their blind. We are glad your handyman neighbor was able to replace the one split slat however the blind is still not repaired properly and most likely doesn't close completely because there are still damaged slats. We would be more than happy to work with your parents on this matter if further assistance is needed.
