They refused to give me my truck after I told them I didnt wont them to work on my truck They are cons ????????

Not only did your mechanic fail to address the initial problem properly, but they also caused further damage by cutting the fan clutch wire.To add insult to injury, instead of rectifying the situation promptly, your service manager, *****, has been incredibly unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate via email and phone calls, I have received no response or assistance from your team.It's baffling to me why your service team would resort to such negligent behavior, cutting *********** without any explanation or authorization. Even more perplexing is the lack of accountability and willingness to make things right.Now, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I'm left to deal with the consequences of your team's incompetence. Not only am I out of pocket for the initial repair costs of $474.53 for the water pump, but I'm also faced with the additional expense of $1,748.46 for the fan clutch, which should never have been damaged in the first place.I demand immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect ***************************** Trucks of **** to take responsibility for the damage caused by your technician and provide the necessary replacement parts without further delay.I have all the receipts and documentation to support my claim. I think Volvo of **** is in better need of new management. The gentlemen at the service desk ****** is completely overwhelmed and never seemed to know what's going on. They had my truck for over a month and ****** never knew what was happening day after day. One particular day ****** even told me that he had gotten so busy that he moved my truck outside so they can fix the other flow of trucks that had just come in. I went to his manager a miss Dalhia and she gave me a bunch of junk and then said she would lower my rate from now on . After my driver picked up the truck we realized it still leaked air and would not air up at all. That was after we spent $1800.00 for the repairs that were never done. We now have the truck in a different shop doing the same repairs that were supposed to be done . I was out of town at the time the truck was picked up and ****** guaranteed me that all leaks were fixed and the truck can air up and hold its own air. These were all lies
