1. Placed a $60 cap order on June 1st using Venmo. June 8th was sent tracking number with my name on it, tracking shows package was sent to Lubbock. on June 13 she tells me wrong tracking sent, told me it would ship on the 16th or 17th. 2. June 18th reached out again and she said they would ship out on 20th or 21st because of covid. 3. June 22nd, was told they shipped but had to be shipped to her first to get “inspected” then she would ship to me. Asked to be refunded. She states she would not refund a custom order….. obviously the caps haven’t been made so not sure why she couldn’t refund me. She stated AGAIN the hat had already shipped. Filed a claim with venmo 4. Same date she tells me she had been busted her butt staying up late making the caps….. UMM then why do the caps have to be shipped to you for inspection if your physically there making them ?? then her story changed to her family makes them and then ships them to her ?? just to turn around and ship them again to the people who ordered them.. How they make money is beyond me with all these shipping costs to ship the same item twice ????? 5. June 28th venmo said they can not help me unless I get a police report. Left town for summer vacation thinking she would magically be honest and ship what I paid for. 6. June 29th she states hats will arrive any day….. 7. July 7th- messaged her….. now her story goes back to the hats have just been ordered and haven’t shipped…. 8. 8-1-22 tried reaching out again and she has blocked me on every social media site as well as cash app and venmo
