On May 27th I made a purchase from the Green Blob Outdoors website and they are at ******************************************************************. I received a response that stated the item would ship and I would receive it on June 1st. When it didn't arrive I sent an email to *************************************************** on June 3rd and 4th. After that I saw that the package was shipped. After it shipped it was stuck in *** for days with no movement so I sent another email. On June 10th I called their line at ************. The phone wasn't answered and the voicemail was full, so I sent a text and sent an email. On June 11th I received notification that my order had been delivered to Amazon in *********, ** instead of my address. I again sent an email asking of help. I have yet to receive a response to any of my communications. Do to the total lack of customer service and the fact that my order was delivered elsewhere, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Thank youInitial Complaint

I ordered (1) green blob light, (1) 100 pimp my dock light kit, and (2) fish habitats on 1/12/24 totaling $562.62. After waiting a month I finally went with another company for the fish habitats. I asked for a refund for the habitats and **** responded on Feb 12 stating my refund would be processed that day. I have yet to receive my refund for the habitats. I have yet to receive my under dock lighting kit as well. I want to return everything I have received (which is unused in the shipping boxes) and receive a full refund. I want nothing to do with his company because he's proven himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy.Initial Complaint

I ordered an AR style gunsight from this company in early January. My account shows the company took the amount of $35.00 on 1/16/24. I then received no shipping information or receipt. I emailed the company several times with one response. I found a phone number listed on the transaction of my account that went to voicemail. I received no response. I found another number listed on BBB sight. That number is never answered and when it does, only static noise can be heard. On 1/20/24, I finally received an email from ********************* giving me a **** tracking number. I found that a label was created, but since then, no shipping information follows. I sent another email requesting a shipping date and the need to speak to someone about possibly cancelling the order. I **** received no response. I would like the items ordered or my money back to resolve this issue. Either, before the end of the month. 1/31/24Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 7/11/23 Amount of money paid to business: $224.95 Committed to provide me a green underwater dock fishing light.Have contacted the company multiple times. Have been reassured multiple times my order was being sent out the following day. Nothing ever gets shipped, no updates are given, and it just feels like a scam at this point. Wouldnt say theyve tried to resolve anything just a bunch of empty promises and has never kept their word or stood by their assurances. Company doesnt even reach out i have to track them down and hound them for the info.Order # *****Customer response

I ordered a product from this company online over 2 weeks ago. $429.00 as is substantiated on submitted PDFs. . A label was created. Nothing was ever shipped. I have tried multiple forms of contact via email customer service and ******** with no reply . The phone number when dialed is disconnected. Im concerned that the company is closed or that I was scammed. Im simply requesting my product to be promptly delivered or a full refund for resolution.Customer response
