On October 14, 2022 I paid for a new furnace and AC unit to be installed.Upon installation the employees doing the work did not check the units insuring everything worked.The employees also caused damage to an outdoor plumbing pipe which was being burned as the y saudered wires etc for the compressor. They did not say a word about the damage either. Luckily it was not burned through. Once it was discovered a few days after installation that the furnace does not work, the company has had other employees out for the last 2 weeks (every day) to replace parts on a NEW unit....which in turn none of the parts being replaced has been the issue. We are starting week 3 of total disruption in my life, playng the " it could be this" game by this company. I have spoken with the owner more than once. I received an apology and a " well mistakes happen and this is out of our control at this point" as an answer to resolving this. I also have a business to run. I have medical appointments I have had to cancel until this is fixed. This is no longer acceptable. I receive no communication as to if or when they will be out to continue trying to fix this unit, unless I call them. Once that is done I seem to be one of the last jobs and priorities for them to deal with. Again...this is week 3. I need some help. I do not plan on using this company again after this. For now I am asking for help to get this done and resolved. I do not have a product manual, nor warranty information that was to be provided by them either. I have asked several times with zero response to the request as well.Let me know if you can help. I do not and have not recommended this company to others out here needing this type of service. Anyone that personally knows what has been happening have called other companies. *******************************Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My issue was resolved as of today with the company I had am issue with.
