              While purchasing a new *** we paid for 2 TV mounts and installation. After receiving the *** we realized the mounts were hung up in reverse (the TV plate to the wall and vice versa). This was supported by the directions. This info was emailed to the dealership and after several attempts spoke to the **************** Manager (*******) who advised the Tech and the business holds that the mounts were installed correctly. In conversation with *******, she reviewed the directions (and stated she hadnt really looked at them prior) and stated I was right; the installation is not to the directions. She advised they would get back with me. I have been put on ignore and would like the mounts corrected and the wall fixed (additional holes and damage to the walls).

              I have asked and unsubscribed from the text from this company I have requested to have my number removed multiple times. The staff was rude and dismissive. I am at the end of my patients and will be seeing if I can file a legal complaint against the company with the government or a lawyer. If a member of the corporate person would remove my number or contact me, it would be greatly appreciated.
