Farmers gave me 2 options for my truck repairs. I choose Service King by my houses Service King started working on the repairs before they were cleared to work on them. Now Farmers is denying to pay for repairs when Service **** told me they cleared him to fix the repairs. I have voicemail of this too. A week later after Service King started the repairs. Farmers told them to stop because they was not cleared to fix the right side like The Body Shop told me they were. Now ****** wont pay for the repairs after I was told they cleared the repairs. My days for having a rental run out tomorrow. Farmers wont extend the rental. When they told Service King to stop. I got in touch with my Farmers agent and let her hear the voicemail. I emailed to her so she could let the higher up hear this too. After an hour and half. They told MF someone would contact me about how things would be resolved. I never got a call explaining anything. Enterprise called me a few days later saying the rental was due back. Now Im calling Farmers telling them the truck is not ready. So they extend the days. The Body Shop say it will be ready in a week. But the next week its not ready and extend the repairs another week. And on Friday when the repairs were supposed to be finished. The Body Shop extend it another week to be finished. I got up there to talk and they havent touched my truck in over 2 weeks. They are saying I owe them $4,800. Farmers had me think the situation was resolved. The Body Shop even sent me an updated invoice like I only owed $500
