      flooring ******, ***** *** ******* Comes apart, ****** says it has a life time warranty, but they don't make it any more. Floor N More came out, did some work and said it was fixed. $650 billed to me. Floor comes back apart in winter time. ******************* at ****** floors told me tough. Fixed it my self. In December 2022 was told by Floor N More they would come out and fix it again no charge.I told them to come in December that starting in January 2023 I would be here only on Friday or Saturday, was told that would be no problem. They called me a couple of time saying thew were planning on coming out on a Friday, but never shower up or called. The planks need to be replaced, but they don't make it anymore, so they try to repair it to no avail in my opinion. I just want it fixed or replaced.

      Floor N More's labor warranty is valid for one year. As per our contract with the home owner, we are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty since we cannot control the products failures or availability.


      ******************** floors were completed in October 2019. ****** contacted us in 2022, more than two years after about potential issues. **************** modified his floor to install new cabinets and asked us to fix this and we did. We charged $650.00, however he only paid $200.00 and still has a balance of $450.00. 


      Also, he had another issue due to his chair damaging his floor but we were unable to replace the pieces because the floor has been discontinued.  He did contact the manufacture directly to verify this after we informed him.  


      All services were completed. 


      All issues are from improper use or manufacture defect both to be determined by the manufacturer. 


      If needed we can supply a copy of the contract that states we are not responsible for manufacture warranties and that our labor warranty is one year.  Even though his issues are not from labor issues.

      I am rejecting this response because THERE IS NO CHAIR DAMAGE, AND THE FLOORS COME APART IN NUMEROUS PLACES, AND NEEITHER FLOOR N MORE OR ****** FLOORS WANT TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY, THIS IS TYPICAL OF LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON MERCHANDISE , THEY ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO GET OUT OF THE WARRANTY AND FIXING THE FLOORING OR ETC...

      I purchased a large order of Flooring Material from Floors N More on Shady Trail. At the time I purchased, I was told the Material was not ready and they would call me when it was ready. I was also told they could deliver. I never received a single call from the firm and after a week and a half I tried to call them myself to just cancel the order with little success. I was given the run around and finally connected with the Owner(?), Mr. M *****. He initially claimed he could not find my order and hung up and I had to call back again. He eventually asked me to send the purchase ticket via email so he could find the order which I did. He then responded by e-mail that the Store policy was no returns and no exchanges so they would NOT refund my money even though I NEVER Received any material. After multiple e-mail conversations, he claimed he would refund the amount less 20% re-stocking fee even though the Material was NEVER Taken out of their Store and he confirms the Material is still there in the Store possession and asking me to come pick it up after Three(3) months of poor customer service. I do not wish to do business with this firm, just wish to get my FULL Refund and move-on. I have given the Owner multiple opportunities to do the right thing

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/26) */ Hello . We are aware of this customer . Here is the story this gentleman bought material and didn't pick it up . He or his installer was suppose to pick it up . After a while he called that he doesn't need the material any more we told him that our policy is no refund no exchange . He reached to his credit card company and disputed the charges says a different story that he didn't get credit back from us . I will attach that in the email . His dispute was rejected . Dispute all the things he called us and said on the phone we wanted to get this issue out of the way so we offered him to do 20% restocking fee but he refused . I am attaching a copy of his invoice credit card receipt and the charge back attempt . Thank you
