      I contracted Matt in August 2022 to replace my fence, install sprinklers and install landscaping. He was very communicative at the beginning but that all stopped once I gave him a sizable deposit. After that he would take days to return a text, never answer the phone and his voicemail was full. He initially promised to have the job done by the beginning of September. There was excuse after excuse as to why work was not getting done. To this date, I've only gotten sprinklers installed but they were done wrong but have not been able to get in contact with him to address or even know if the rest of the work will be done. His phone has now been disconnected and have no way of contacting him. At this point, I've been scammed out of quite a bit of money.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I am resubmitting this complaint because the original complaint (ID ********* was supposedly sent to the wrong company and I continue to have issue with them. Original Complaint Submitted 10/19/22: I contracted **** in August 2022 to replace my fence, install sprinklers and install landscaping. He initially promised to have the job done by the beginning of September. There was excuse after excuse as to why work was not getting done. To this date, I've only gotten sprinklers installed but they were done wrong but have not been able to get in contact with him to address or even know if the rest of the work will be done. His phone has now been disconnected and have no way of contacting him. At this point, I've been scammed out of quite a bit of money. As of 4/13/23: Since the original complaint has been submitted, he has finished the job but I still continue to have issues with him. He provided a warrant on the irrigation, sod and fence. I had a irrigation pipe break on 1/7/23 that would have been covered under his warranty. He did not respond to any of my contact requests. Because the break happened between the water mainline and the sprinkler shut off valve, I had to shut the water off to the house in order to stop the leak. I had to get a different company to come do the repairs and pay out of pocket in order to get my water turned back on. He did not respond until weeks later when I posted a *************** review. He agreed to come fix the sod that was messed up from the leak and reimburse me for the repairs but has not shown up when he says he will (emails attached). This has been going on for months now.
