I'd like to lodge a formal complaint against ******** Games and seek any assistance to obtain a refund for my support of their "Dinosaur ****" project. I supported the project based on its concept and company's own assurances of late-stage development: "All the art, sculpting, and design is done, and all that remains for us to do is some minor editing and proofreading, and to begin manufacturing in *****." Despite this, progress has been minimal. The project is 18 months overdue, with an estimated minimum 3-4 year delay projected by the company's own estimates. This contradicts initial claims.Despite a major backlog, new projects continue to launch. My communications with the company has revealed limited staffing and resources. All these details make me doubt the companys strategy and assets can handle either the backlog or any new projects. It also gives the impression that fully funded backer projects are being ignored in favor of newer ventures. I understand that unforeseen challenges can arise during the development of any creative project. However, I believe that transparency, accountability, and fairness are essential in maintaining the trust of backers who support these ventures. And from my perspective, ******** Games has failed in all three key areas.
