On July 26, 2023, the amount spent was $18,994.00 USD. First, this company sent us to Clicklease, a predatory finance business. My credit is excellent, and because of that, I applied for the booths we were looking to finance. I was told that I could not be offered in-house financing because I didn't own 50 % of my husband's business. At the time of this referral, I had concerns regarding the balance and what should have been financed. No one listened, and it appears this company offered financing for twice the amount of the total. Later, I contacted our salesperson, and he admitted not knowing anything about Clicklease. I asked that they not refer new customers to these people as they will start their business in huge debt. The salesperson seemed to be honest. We went with this company because of him. We purchased a 2-year warranty for 1 of the Cloees. We started to have issues and reached out to their support. 1st via email, where we were instructed to send in a video via Loom. We did so and no one addressed why our booth screens were being scratched despite being placed in the case as we had been shown when we picked up our booths. On 5/6/24, we received a response via email providing a response that a small piece needed to be purchased from Amazon. They sent a video for us to watch on how to pack and unpack our Cloee. Again, we were disappointed, as we had explained that we knew how to care for our booth. The scratches were not addressed. In fact, they continually stated they could not view them. The reply involving our booth door being kept open was also a disappointment. There was no instruction on what to do with the small piece they instructed us to purchase. I posted in our private *************** It was immediately removed despite it not breaking group rules. I then went to our ************** where I was banned. I then asked why my ******** post was deleted, and that, too, was deleted. I was hung up on? Why? No integrity from anyone in this company. HELP
