      Requested service through American Home Shield on a Friday. Averee and Vincent came out the following Monday. About two minutes into my home they said it looks like a slab leak. They checked water meter and said they will get back to me first thing on Tuesday morning. After I did not hear from them I called back America Home Shield and I was told that they had just received the order that morning..not the previous day as I was told. I reached back out the following day and requested an estimate along with their plumbing license number. One week later there have been no follow-up or communication. Had to find my own plumber outside of American Home Shield. Camri- the owner's wife seems to have very little interest in the survival of the company. Each time I was told to call Avaree

      The license number is on all invoices.
      Also we do not control what Ahs does and does not cover. While I assure you We do care about our company. We are not AHS as you are directly their customer. They pay us to do what they approve no more no less. If you called us direct it's a different outcome.

      I was never provided an invoice of any kind from either of the two technician who came to my home. As a result, I requested their plumbing license numbers when I spoke to Avaree on the phone. 1st American Plumbing is contracted with American Home Shield and American Home Shield is who send them to my home. I never contacted them directly. Presently, they are claiming that a leak detection was performed at my home. It is the furthest from the truth. It was never done
      1) Please described what test was done
      2) Where was the leak detected in my home
      3)Where is the invoice given and sign by me the
      customer
      4)I have video proof of the technicians visit lasting
      six minutes in my home
      Apparently, someone is not telling the truth and perhaps there are no indication of checks and balances within that company.

      I requested service through American Home Shield, to repair a leaking pipe underneath my kitchen sink. The technician arrived at my door without a mask. I let him into my home, showed him to the kitchen and standing six feet away, explained what was happening with the leak. I then got my mask and put it on. He had to go out to his truck, I assume for supplies, as he never explained anything to me, but did say he would be right back. I sat in my living room with my mask on. He was done in about 15 minutes. He came back through the living room, on his way to the front door and said, "Okay, I got you fixed up". I said, "Thank you" to his back as he did not look at me, but I thought it odd he never said what was wrong, what he did to correct it, thank you, or if you have any problems, call the office. His attitude was indifferent and arrogant, not bothering to wear a mask in my home. I went to my kitchen to see what he did and found that he had replaced a seal in the sink drain and left the old material in the cabinet underneath the sink and the residue from what looked like putty, was in my sink. I do not want this company to ever send anyone back to my home for anything. ******* ********-*****

      READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS BELOW BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. Called Camri (who said she was the "owner's wife") on a Friday. She said she needed to speak with the plumber "Avery" regarding why the job was not completed. She explained that he may not call me back that day because was "taking a half day" but that he would call me on Monday. I called them Monday morning--no answer. American Home Shield also tried to reach them. No answer. Called back and got Camri 2.5 hours later. She said, "Did Avery not call you?" I told her that he had not and that I no longer wanted to wait for him because it had now been weeks with my sink continuing to leak. I asked again (as I had on Friday) "Is someone not covering for him? No one else can answer the question for him?" She told me, "I said we would call you back on Monday. It is 1:30 in the afternoon and we still have business hours left in the day to call you back." I asked if I could speak with her husband and she said, "He does not take calls from customers." She ended up getting angry with me, telling me that she was not going to do business with me and hung up the phone. Such an easy way to avoid this. I told her I was going to leave reviews with Google, BBB, Yahoo, etc. but this did not matter to her.

      As per listening to the recorded conversation. You got loud with the office staff. We have plumbers that took a half day for family and nobody speaks for what another plumber saw as that's not professional. After being told that you said no one should let employees take half day and he should have made it up on the weekend. After multiple times yelling and threatening Camri she hung up. As she should have honestly after listening she should have sooner. Also your tenet knew everything needed but didn't tell you probably for the same reason you got hung up on.

      This response is preposterous. Read their feedback. Are we all wrong or are they the common denominator? They take absolutely no responsibility. Instead, they are defensive and argumentative. Would have been such an easy fix to provide good customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities to do so before leaving reviews. Instead, they insist on being right

      Again not true. We have all the recordings to show. We service 6000 plus homes a year. We can't make everyone happy. But we also won't stand for staff being talked down to. No Buisness or employee deserves that.
