From start to finish it has been something. Started with us being told we can do 8 in deep end and 3.5 in shallow, only to be told right before signing that cant happen it has to be 7 and 4. Told them shallow wasnt 4 and they swear it is but when my 9 year old stands in different spots the water comes to different heights on her in the shallow. Night after excavation a wall caved in as well as another wall having a huge hole and wires hanging out of the Earth. Constant water build up (outside of the fact they hit one of our sewer lines). Each crew left their trash everywhere in our backyard (regardless of clean up at end of project we still live there and are in our backyard so clean up should have been better; we ended up cleaning it ourselves). Random guys coming to our house in our backyard without communication, office manager not helpful most of the time, lots of conflicting information relayed, told have to pay $1,000.00 deposit at beginning when signing contract but not prior when we got estimate, etc. (basically caught off guard). Chose man made coping so there wouldnt be color variation and coping would look like the example at their showroom (so we thought). Coping had manufacturer markings on them all, when expressed to PB they had a guy pressure wash, sand, and seal (after we were told we had to do) only to make our coping 50 times worse. Plaster discolored in several spots all over, mastic discolored in spots, not flush with all coping, and not a straight line (done with a 2 liter coke bottle), dried grout on water tile, edge of concrete messed up from coping disaster. There are more scenarios just dont have room. PB keeps dismissing concerns and saying oh it looks beautiful. Charge ** for a ******** pool and we got a Kia ***** The pool is not worth the amount debt we accumulated. Yes, its a pool but quality is subpar for sure and not worth $90,000.00

We were referred to Hopkins ************ from our previous pool cleaner . They have been coming by the house & taking our checks but not doing the service !!!We are on ************** dog sitter sending us pictures of our green pool !!!I have tried numerous times to get them to respond to my ************* calls , w/no replies.If anyone recommends this *** to you Say No thank you! & RUN !!!

They built the pool fast however we paid for extra services to insure a solid pool build. We added soil injections and posts drilled into ground to insure a solid base and avoid soil movement. They recommend one or the other so we did both. Paid lots extra for this. First month walkways around pool started cracking, flat tiles around pool also started cracking. ************* contacted us as water usage was sky rocketing. They came out and we also hired a plumber to inspect for home leaks. All pointed to pool. I contacted builder and its been many many months of beating around the **** trying to get repairs done. They sent someone for cracks to flat stones only said around the pool isn't their problem however we paid extra for that not to happen and it's has a warranty. Cracking all over the place now. They sent a person finally to do pressure test he found the leaks. 2 in pool but another from pipes to pool that go to pump. They sent another person to fix that he said he had no instructions where the leaks were at but he would do his best. He worked on leaks at skimmer. However the pool is having to be filled constantly and still leaking in the yard from pipes for sure. They sent another guy after I kept complaining and he asked us to shut water to it and monitor for 3-4 days which we did and sent multiple pictures as he requested. No one would reply I continued to email and then they contacted me said they wanted to do the monitor test again! Their communication is awful and I'm constantly emailing them. They don't call to plan anything and there are to many people not communicating so nothing to resolve the issues happen. We paid lots and lots of money for this pool and cabana to be built and it's been nothing short of a nightmare with this company. Issues still not resolved and it's been a year now! I told them I will start sending our water bills to them. No reply! Poor Company They're fast to help you get it in and then they don't back up their products !!
