After a devastating hailstorm that severely damaged our home, Dennis at HeavenSent met with us & our insurance adjuster at our home at my request to make sure no damage was missed. He then worked with our insurance company for us submitting the scope of work to be completed, and repair work began immediately. He even submitted an addendum after the fact when iron fence hail damage at our entrance gate was not initially noticed by the adjustor or us. He and his crew were nothing short of amazing. They were thorough and meticulous with the smallest detail. No shortcuts - only quality. They worked methodically through the long list of hail-damage and water repairs. The damaged roof was removed, water-damaged deck boards replaced and a new hi-definition roof was installed. The workers were very careful to work around our landscaping & protect our plants. Cleanup was prompt & thorough with several different sweeps to assure no nails remained afterward. The exterior of our home was repainted, the wood deck power washed and hand sanded to remove old stain, then re-stained beautifully and to our exact specs. Old damaged gutters were removed & new gutters were made onsite and installed quickly. Inside they transferred furniture items to a storage pod. Then they sectioned off areas in our open floorplan & covered walls and remaining large furniture with plastic to protect against overspray or drift. They repaired water damage on sheetrock by applying kilz, then retextured and repainted, making sure to go the extra mile to match each color of our existing paint. Afterward his crew did a surprisingly thorough job of cleaning up. The wood floors were swept, vacuumed and then mopped. The carpets were vacuumed as well. Then furniture and rugs were brought back inside and returned to their original spaces. I can say Dennis & his crew at HeavenSent far exceeded our expectations and left no detail unchecked. Their crew was hard at work from the very moment they arrived in the morning until the time they left for the day. I've never dealt with such a high-integrity contractor nor such a hard-working crew. They'll be the first we call if the need arises again in the future, and I don't hesitate to highly recommend them.
