Unfinished roofing job. Here is the timeline of events and the gutters are still not started:06/12/23 - Hail Storm 06/13/23 - Roof inspected by contractor (*********************************)06/26/23 - Roof inspected by Allstate. ********************************* present.07/01/23 - Allstate approves claim 07/03/23 - Check written for initial payment and provided to *********************************. Advised it would be completed by the end of the week.07/05/23 - Requested confirmation for installation in the morning from *********************************. No date provided all day. Started getting a bad feeling about this company. Threatened to put a stop payment on the check. Received a call from ******** and he third partied in one of the owners, who acted as if they were doing me a favor. Received confirmation on installation.07/07/23 - Roof materials arrived and roof replaced. Asked about the gutters and was advised by ********************************* that he would get back to me. Advised him that I was going on vacation on 07/14/23. Was advised that it would be completed by the time I returned on 07/23/23.07/24/23 - Contacted ********************************* to get and update. Was advised that he was out of town and getting back that night and he would follow up.07/26/23 - Asked ********************************* for an update. He called and advised me that he had left the company but would follow up and get a date and how he was going to follow through.Business response

We completed the full scope of work *************** estimate. Mr. **** insurance only wrote and paid to replace some of the gutters not all, but Mr. *** stats we did not finish. If you look at the estimate uploaded by Mr. *** you will see what insurance wrote and paid for.
