    On March 10th, I dropped off my taxes to Steven ******** for him to do my 2021 taxes. On April 10th, I went to ********'s office to sign & pick up my taxes that he prepared from me. There was an error on one of our names. ******** went to his computer & supposedly fixed the error. The taxes were supposedly filed from ******** on the same day. On May 17th, I sent an email to ******** about not getting my refund yet & asked him to look into it for me. (I didn't get a response from him). Again, I sent another email to him on May 25th letting ******** know that I still have not received my refunds. ******** replied via email stating that he was sorry and he fixed the error and refiled. I received a letter dated June 27th, 2022 from the IRS stating I was charged $140 for late filing on my Taxes. In the beginning of August, I made copies of the IRS bill & went to drop them off at ********'s office. He was there so I was able to talk to him about this issue instead. I told him he should pay the late fee since it was his error. He reluctantly told me to he would pay it & to make a copy of the bill & give it him. On August 30th, I sent an email to ******** asking ******** if/when he paid the IRS late fee. Again, I asked him if he wanted me to send another copy of the bill. He asked me to send it to him again via email. On September 26th, I sent another email to ******** asking if he has possibly paid the $140 fine. I also gave him my new address again. (I still have not heard from him about this matter.) On August 20th (or there about), I called ******** & it went to voice mail. I asked him whether or not he has addressed the $140 late fee charge & that I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau about this issue. (I still have not heard back from him.)
