    I bought an axe handle on Jan 19 and was not told that it was on back order which the odds of a specific axe handle being on backorder are slim anyway, Anyways, I was told that it was on backorder and received an email that it would be shipped on the twelfth but that was closer to two weeks ago, every time that you call it goes straight to voicemail and you're told to leave a message.On January 19th, I purchased an axe handle. However, I was not informed that it was on backorder. The probability of an axe handle being on backorder is low, so it was surprising. Subsequently, I received an email stating the order would be shipped on the twelfth. However, it's been two weeks since then and I haven't received the order. Every time I call the company, the call goes straight to voicemail and I'm instructed to leave a message.

    I ordered a new clean water tank for my Bissell carpet cleaner on 4/2. Paid for the expedited 2-4 day shipping. As of today it was STILL processing. Ive been calling customer service and leaving voicemails because nobody answers. They call back while Im working. So today I called and left voicemail after voicemail until someone called me. I was told the item is on back order until 5/1. Which was listed nowhere in the website (still isnt.) When I asked why nobody informed me and why I was able to pay for expedited shipping, I was repeatedly told the refund will reflect on your account in 48 hours. Moral of the story, dont bother ordering from this company.
