            Purchased a mini split ac and heating unit for mobile home in march 2023 have an issue with communication and resolving issues in a timely manner paid6000.00 up front and unit went out Friday September 1 sent someone out yesterday to fix problem said it was fixed and 45 minutes later it went back out now I cannot get anyone to fix issue no one is answering or calling me back after many left messages I want this resolved. I am a senior citizen and have a handicapped person living in home

            All Pro Services installed our new air conditioning system 9/22. It started leaking 6/23. They came out to inspect it and claimed the coils were filled with debris and the warranty didn't cover that. We paid another contractor out of pocket to clean the coils and our homeowners insurance paid to reconstruct the decking, replace the carpet, replace the drywall in our ceiling and repaint it. 3 months later it started leaking again,causing another hole in our ceiling. Another, better HVAC company came out to inspect it and said the coils and pan needed to be replaced. We contacted All Pro Services as our warranty should cover that. They came out to do their own inspection since they didn't accept the other company's report; again telling us it needed cleaning. Then they ghosted us: telling us they would call back in an hour but didn't, not answering the phone when we called. We finally hired the better company to replace the coils and pan. These are shady characters that don't deserve anyone's business.
