      Ordered a part for my gas range March 21, 24, stated it was in stock and would receive in 7-10 days. Never received the part, my credit card was charged, tried to cancel order since I went ahead and got new range. No refund and they can't find me in their system at all, not by phone number, address, anything. I've made a claim with my credit card company. Hopefully that'll work or I'll report as a fraud. Phone number and website given on statement is incorrect. I also can't reset my password on this site. Total scam!!

      I purchased a part for my refrigerator on April 19, 2024. I was informed it would be delivered on April 25th. Unfortunately, it did not arrive on this date. I have been told it will be May 2nd, May 3rd and the order now states May 6th. This company is a ripoff and it is sad and pathetic that Sears associates themself with this kind of service. I am not able to speak to a live person, however they picked up the phone when I made a payment. Is this how companies are able to operate in *******!

      Orders a part through the website, and called them after a week of waiting for the order to be processed. They assured me they resubmitted the order to the shipping department I got an update on my order the next day stating my order had been delivered to someone in another state 2 weeks before the date I made the order. Called back, was given an apology, was assured I would get a refund, and was given free shipping for a reorder. Woke up today to discover my new order had magically been delivered to yet another stranger in another state 2 weeks before I made the order. I have yet to receive a refund for either order

      Ordering online or on the phone with this Sears subsidiary is the worst experience ever. Ill save you the rant and encourage you to simply read everyone elses 1 star reviews. TransformCO is the parent company and they are equally unhelpful and useless.

      I ordered a part on February 28th and March 6th and have not received the part or a refund. Every time I call in to see what's going on I get a call center in a foreign country and it's the same answer every time, it's one to three business days I will get an email with an update but I never do. I can't believe "Sears" a legitimate business supposedly. Can operate like this and treat their customers this way. I've never been so frustrated in all my life. Please do not do business with this company. They have no respect for their customers and could care less whether they receive what they actually paid for or not.

      Buyer's beware!!! Sears Parts Direct is a sham! I've ordered the same part twice. The first time, it stated it was "in stock", I was charged for the order. I received several emails stating that it was backordered, yet they already charged me. I cancelled the first order and received a full refund. I then decided to try again, ordered again, said it was "in stock", charged my account and never received anything but emails stating it was backordered. I again cancelled the order. Never received a refund. I called a few weeks ago, and I only received a refund for the shipping. I had to call again today and was told they would review and I would receive an email in a few days following up. The agent said he could not refund at the time. I told him I believed that Sears Parts Direct is a scam operation because although it states the parts are "in stock" they never are and they charge prior to the item shipping. That is slimey! I will await the balance of my refund....time will tell! BEWARE!!!

      December 2022 I ordered a part for my Kenmore Range. March 23, 2023 I cancelled order and ask for a refund check as they charged my credit card December 2022 and I have NEVER received the part.

      I placed an order with www.searspartsdirect.com. They charged my card but never sent the part. It took me a month and finally I was able to get a refund and was told that they had a glitch in their system and offered me to place another order with the discount.I needed that part and no-one else sold it online so I ordered again and right now it's the same issue. Sears charge money but are not sending the order. I still didn't receive my refund for the 2nd order.It's a fraudulent activity to pull money from people account and not sending the product.

      On Feb. 3rd, I ordered a valve for my range. They claimed it was in stock;I paid with Paypal as that was an option. They deducted it from my account.After 5 days, it did not ship. After 10 days, it did not ship.I checked every day until March 6th when I was told they found a substitute to ship I was elated, until today March 10th when it still had not shipped.I contacted customer service and was told the vendor did not accept PayPal.The transaction from PayPal said it was paid to Sears.They asked me for another form of payment. When I asked why, as they charged me for it already, they couldn't tell **** still have no cookstove and it has been over a month and a half.Why the false advertising of being able to accept PayPal and then not?
