      On May 3, 2023 we purchased a car stereo along with installation for our Jeep. When we went to pickup the vehicle we were running late and didnt catch that Elite did not provide us with an invoice for the purchase nor any of the original packaging and literature. A few weeks later they produced the owners manual but not the box or receipt. Have made many attempts at getting this to no avail. Theyve stopped replying to any requests.

      so this people was a friend getting a hookup on a radio for this wife's jeep  he paid 100 cash and 500 on card was getting a ********** xav-va**** but i upgraded his wife to a xav-va6000 for free at the same price as the **** ..i told hem i would send him a invoice but i ended up getting sick and in the hospital and he new this.when i got back to the shop i send the invoice to his wife because she was the paying customer and he got mad that i didn't send it to him.i sold him a radio below retail price and this is how he acts i wife told me sorry for them acting like a kid.the radio she was get retail at 499 and the one i got her retails at 699 and we charger her only 50 to install the radio when we charge customers 200 labor..i'm sorry he has contacted you guys and is acting like this are friendship is no long with him and i had told the wife he's not welcome to are shop. if any you need any more info just give us a call ************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1) his stating he went to my wife instead of the person that set everything up and paid **** is beyond laughable.  Grow a pair dude... 

      2) on **** **** messaged me "i will send YOU a receipt on business hours Monday".   I never received anything and on **** I messaged stating i did not receive it.  On **** i sent another.  if he sent it to my wife (not the person who ordered and scheduled), he should have stated such. My wife isnt going to get in the middle of your childish games so never told me it was sent especially since **** told ME he would be sending ME the invoice. .

      3) the HANDWRITTEN invoice is wrong. The purchase date was May 3 and not 6-7.  I paid $100 via venmo and $515 via AMEX.  that is $615 and not $600.   The HANDWRITTEN invoice doesn't list their entire business info including address nor clients full information. Utterly unprofessional.

      I wanted a professional invoice with the correct information and data emailed to ****************** and original box the unit came into mailed to ******************************************************************;
