      I purchased a **** laptop a while back with a **** EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT CHARGE OF $6 per month. I cancelled that service after the last payment in March since my laptop is long paid off. But Dell Financial Services keeps on charging me anywhere from $6, $5.29..$2.00 that I felt was resolved after cancellation of the service. But now, they are even compounding me with a LATE FEE charged to my **** Credit Card Account, when it should be ZERO Balance. Calling and speaking to different associates did not resolve anything with them. I keep getting the we will investigate , or, its still under dispute investigation. In the meantime they are accumulating charges to me. So, yes, Im giving them a ZERO star review but I cant see it so just 1 star is enough for them. ******************

      I'm currently sharing the same experience as **************** I cancelled my service renewal for MS ****** 365 as I no longer needed it.a during notice that I would be renewed. I spoke to **** directly in which I received email confirmation of the cancellation. This all occurred in Sept of 2023, almost a year ago. During this process, I have been constantly harassed with phone calls suggesting I pay the amount in full although I've filed a dispute over the phone and via ****s website. Meanwhile, the harassing phone calls continue, followed with late fee charges, continuous charges, etc. Since the **** merge with ************** this has been an absolute nightmare. I continue to go in circles between **** telling me to call Comenity and Comenity re-directs me to **** for resolution. Does anyone in this organization know what their doing? As of today, I've called and still not resolution but they insist that I pay the full amount plus fees. This is a total scam and disappointment. I will NEVER do business with **** again. I would leave NO stars for this review if possible.

      If I could give negative stars, I would give this a negative 10 stars. One June 22, 2024 I purchased a **** Inspiron 16 Plus computer. The sales person was *****************************. I specifically told ****************** that I needed an external wireless mouse and ********* 365 software. When I received the computer it did not have either one. Several calls to ****. ****************** denies that I requested these items. The customer service was either closed or would not let me speak to a supervisor. The invoice shows two software items but not a description of what this software was. The item number was 658-BCUN and 658-BDZU additional software. An internet search shows that these might be related to ********* X **** which I do not need. The company invoice has several items listed but not the cost for these items. This company has very fraudulent sales practices. They will not give an itemized list, including the cost for each item, on their invoice. Their customer service people refuse to help. This is the last computer that I will purchase from ****.

      I have been trying to close our account for months and they will not close it. They keep giving me the run around and saying they will send me the information but I never receive it or and I never get a call back. I have no idea how to close this account.

      I cancelled my service contract a few weeks before the next billing date. It was cancelled but **** charged me for the next month anyway and has continuously tried to collect that month from me and has added on late charges. I have contested the charge to no avail with ************** and with Dell Financial Services to no avail. The amount is very small but that is not the point. **** is insisting on charging me for a time period that I did not want and did not use. They provided no service for me during that time period. They are trying to collect money from me for no reason.

      I made the transition from DFS to the "d.comenity.net" site in October 2023. During this re-registration, I've set-up my automatic payment to every 4th of the month like my previous setup.On November 20, I received a call stating that my account is overdue. When I called with questions, I was told that the automatic payment will not begin until after the first monthly billing cycle; funny enough, there was no statement of 1 month billing cycle delay during my payment setup. I paid half of my balance with the assumption that my automatic payment would pay off the rest on December 4 and disregarded the slight inconvenience as it didnt affect me much and I was not charged with any late fees.On December 12, I checked my account with the expectation with 0 balance. Surprise, surprise, not only its not 0, but it also now has a big fat interest instead. When the balance was supposed to be 0, it is now the previous balance plus the interest as the automatic payment did not charge me. When I called to dispute the charge, the person I spoke to was not knowledgeable at all. It took me a very, very long time to explain the context and issue over and over, but the person either did not understand the language or still reading the training manual. Aside from aggravating me, there was no resolution offered. Resolution should have been, I pay off the balance and they waved the interest as there should be no interest if their system was functioning correctly.Before the transition, I had no issue. After the transition, it sounds like those SCAMMY sites or phone calls you get owing money from IRS. BEWARE, THERE IS LITTLE YOU CAN DO AS THEY OFFER NO RESOLUTION. AS MENTIONED, LIKE THOSE SCAMMY SITES FROM SOME COUNTRY, YOU CAN ONLY HOPE THAT ENOUGH PEOPLE ARE AFFECTED SO A BIGGER POWER WILL MOVE.

      I bought a computer more than 10 years ago and have paid for it since then. **** deducted the money from my account successfully every month. Now they transferred the account to so some ************* that is asking for $600 !!! That is a total scam and it needs to be investigated. Its impossible that they asking me for so much money because when I last entered into my **** account I only owed around $200 dollars. I tried asking for my account number when I called this fake ************* and they wouldnt give it to me. **** has to respond back to me or I will take more serious measures into this matter

      It gets worse - **** Financial was apparently under several investigations, so they sold to a ********** fake bank - Comenity - which is essentially a credit card holding company - running several retailer credit cards and skimming massive amounts of money from them. When they sold, they transferred my account, at which point Comenity then voided the terms from **** Financial and charged all the deferred interest. No wonder they both have several settlements against them.

      This is a fraudulent credit company. They have a bill pay system that is broken and they bank on you never being able to sign in and assess late fees to your account. To make things worse, this happens EVERY SINGLE MONTH and they will only write off one late fee per twelve months. So despite me signing on days in advance and not being able to pay my bill because I get page will not load errors, they refuse to refund the late fees. Its PURE FRAUD.
