    I purchased a laptop bag with accessories in the amount of ******. My laptop would not fit so I returned it. The seller rejected my return, kept the item, and I was required to pay the $******. I filed a complaint with Tik Tok where I purchased the item- but since it was rejected by the seller- the return was rejected and they did not refund the money. I have contacted the seller on numerous occasions since asking for my items to be sent back to me since I paid for them- the seller will not even answer my messages. I should either get the refund- or get the items back. $****** is a lot of money.

    The customer service is extremely poor and the bag is of low quality. They also sent me a wrong addressed label for my return. It's been a nightmare trying to return to this bag. I have not received my money back either for a bag that was only about 2 weeks old and started coming apart. This company is a fraud. The return person walks you in circles.

    Hi ******-We have been extremely responsive to you about your return, even sending you a screen recording made especially for you about how to use our return portal when you were having trouble submitting your request. During your returns process, we moved our office and unfortunately, **** did not forward all of our mail as requested and a few returns were not delivered as they were supposed to. We are more than willing to give you a replacement label to our new location so we can get your return processed, however you did not give us that opportunity before posting slander on our social media pages. Please reach out if you'd like a new label to return your bag.

    The above comments from your absolutely not true. I have kept all my emails as proof that you've been dragging me around since May. Please let me know when I will be willing to screenshot all of the emails and attempts to contact you. I've had to email or messages through ******** 2 to 3 times and I still have this poor quality damaged bag that only lasted less than 2 weeks of having it. I still do not have my money back and even wasted my time going to the ************ When I went to the ************ the bag magically came back to me. This is a joke and I will no longer do business with your company your company and let others know if they ask me as well. Your bag is only worth about 40 to $50 and is way overpriced. I've never had a problem with returning any item to any company as it wants company as once stated this is dragged on for months now and it's almost July.

    My 1st email was 6 May to return the bag and I still have not been able to return the bag months later.
