We purchased a necklace from this place back in December of 2021. We paid $282 for it. When we purchased the necklace the guy told us we had warranty on it and we could bring it back for repair if anything ever happened it to. On July 5, 2022 we took my necklace back for repair. They took my necklace and told me it would be ready by Tuesday which was July 12, 2022. We never received any calls saying our necklace was ready for pick up. We returned to the mall on July 29, 2022 to pick it up. They told us that they did not have our necklace and to come back in a week. While waiting to pick it up they sent me a text asking if I got the necklace from the ******************* or the ****** creek location. I confirmed the ****** creek location. We returned to the mall on August 6, 2022 and a completely different necklace way too small was told was ours. I told the guy working that it was not our necklace at all and that I just wanted my money back. He told me to call the owner of the store. I called the owner right then and there and he told me that he could not give my money back. To just wait until Monday that the necklace was at the *******************. He told me that if he didnt have my necklace on Monday he would refund me. Then before we hung up asked what size my necklace was. I didnt tell him. I get a text from him on Monday that my necklace is ready for pick up to come pick it up. When I get there, he lays out 4 necklaces and tells me to pick one. I told him no, that he told me on Saturday that if he didnt have MY necklace he would refund me so I want my money back. He then got upset and took back all the necklaces he was offering and said I would not get my money back from him to call my lawyer or whoever I want but he would not give me my money back. I just want my money back for having to deal with this *****.
