      Somehow this company has charged my credit card for 4 months an amount that was for "some service" I supposedly agreed to when I purchased compression gloves back in March 2024. I tried to get the 4 months refunded to my credit card and they would not refund two of those months. This company is extremely difficult to deal with and I recommend no one else fall for this scheme.

      I had the worst experience with this pain management clinic. After I made a complaint on the lack of quality care l was receiving, the disrespect, the rudeness and mistakes made in database but, I was PENALIZED for their actions. And the biggest thing is why do they prescribe meds to ppl for months, years etc and then end up taking the meds and call YOU an ADDICT. What kind of mess is that? Y'all started introducing patients to meds. Patients don't come in asking for anything but, for PAIN MANAGEMENT TO MANAGE OUR PAIN. IT'S THE PURPOSE OF US PATIENTS GOING TO Y'ALL.

      Over 20 years ago I visited ******************* ************ with a very unsatisfactory experience. To my surprise he is still employed with Advanced Pain Care. I made an appointment with another doctor and upon arrival was told I needed to pay $300 for additional services I was not notified of. APC feels like a mill for people in pain and they are everywhere. Stay away!

      Was astounded and disgusted by the fact I am seeking a Dr for medical treatment, as I am in severe pain and discomfort, and I called to discuss billing, as I was in a car wreck and have 2 insurance companies who will be covering the bill and was told you won't take me as a patient because I don't carry health insurance!! So, because the ************** and US government doesn't have any type of health insurance, for a middle-aged male without paying absorbanant rates, and I choose to be self-pay, I find a place that tells me they won't take me? Seems borderline, if not deliberate discrimination and I find it repulsive that a Dr would turn down caring for ANY patient based on HOW they pay. Almost like you know u can bilk the insurance but the cash guy wants to know what he's paying for scares you? Fishy af for a professional establishment and makes me even more weary of the medical profession.
