BEWARE! I went to this salon and they forgot to put the topcoat on my toenails! Then told me they would only refund me for the gel polish portion of my services! I told them it will cost me more than $35 to correct their mistakes. Not only did they forget the topcoat on my toes, the gel on my nails are bubbling! It took them hours to even review the videos I sent before calling and insulting me by offering $35. I will be disputing this on my card!Business response

Customer was offered a $35 refund, she refused so she was offered $40 to make it even, she wanted a refund for all of the services received. I explained I cannot do that; the customer has disputed the charges with her credit cards company.Initial Complaint

At Bliss Nail Bar, on 2/10/2024, I endured the worst nail service, compounded by unjust financial dealings. After 16 years of nail salon visits, nothing compares to this ordeal. The salon's aesthetics couldn't mask the underlying issues, starting with a $56 pedicure that left each toe differently shaped, a job so poorly done it seemed a child could have outperformed it.The situation escalated with nail technician ******, who, despite my request for a simple gel fill, insisted on a complete redo, still only refilled my nails, unjustifiably elevating the cost to $117. Her approach not only lacked professionalism but also raised health concerns as she worked visibly ill. When challenged on the excessive charges, ******'s demeanor turned hostile, with the salon manager, *****, offering no support or resolution, merely reinforcing ******'s stance. The financial grievances extended further with additional charges for nail color and designs, culminating in an attempt to overcharge by $20 for basic services. Despite disputing these charges and the evident poor quality of service received, including unfinished work and physical discomfort from cuts around my cuticles, the salon's response was dismissive.I left the salon not only financially exploited but also with a resolve to seek a full refund through legal means (manager told me to seek legal means!) for the substandard service, financial manipulation, and the distress caused. Bliss Nail Bar's disregard for both customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. They finalized to me, to do what I need to do, on my own- to get my money back because they do not plan on refunding me at all.
