This is about the location on highway 620 in ******. Rushed through process, didn't paint nails completely, left sides unpainted, shotty job, cut nails crooked, not cleaning chairs or tools between customers, didnt change out tub cover between customers. Manager lied and said didn't happen. I'm a licensed sanitarian. I am trained to observe these things. Terrible customer service!

is place does not know how to take accountability when they mess up and want you to go thru hoops instead of making it right. My visit was horrible and I didn't complain until my toe started bleeding. First the water was cold when he did my pedicure and when I asked for warmer water he said the machine was broke and he didn't want to move me. Then my friend asked and his response was we are almost done with the water part of the pedicure. The nail tech next to him heard his response and said something to him and magically at the end of my pedicure there was warm water. So I kept my complaint to myself. Then I get my nails done and she uses the wrong color but I wasn't paying attention and the color she used was still pretty, so I didn't complain about that. I paid my money with no problem. However when I got home I noticed there was dried blood making my feet stick to my shoe and it was coming from my big toe. I examined it, tried to remember if I hit on something anytime from leaving the nail salon and then getting in my car and I couldn't. So my friend told me a similar situation happened with her at a nail salon so I called them. At first the lady was apologetic and said she would refund me then hours later she called back and said it was not their fault and that I'd need to make a claim but never sent me the information. So I went to the doctors to have my foot checked and they confirmed by the way it looked that the nail tech dug too deep in my cuticles or was too rough. I took that to the shop and they still did not believe me and accused me of trying to scam them. She finally gave me their insurances phone number and when I called the man told me to get a lawyer if I wanted to be successful with my claim. All this when it was their mistake. I will tell everyone to avoid this place.

I visited this place one time years ago. I paid over $300 the most I've ever paid for my daughter and I. They called me for weeks harassing me saying I owed them money and didn't pay enough. I was completely shocked. How in the world they had the audacity?? I don't know. I thought it was a scam at first. For years now, I've seen them posting pictures of people online saying they don't pay. I don't believe it one bit. The salon was the dirtiest and most expensive place I've ever been too. I've been to a lot of places. Someone needs to investigate these owners and close them down.

I've been to this nail bar a few times and it's official. I'm not going back and I'm not recommending anyone else go here either. I noticed their tubs are not cleaned properly for pedicures between people. They set me in one chair and then moved me to another. Not 10 minutes later they sat a woman in the chair I had been in first and they didn't even change the plastic liner (my feet had touched it by the way even though they didn't fill up the tub). They had me wait almost half an hour for someone to come attend to my pedicure and when he got there he told me my nails were too small for what I wanted so I got something completely different that I wasn't super thrilled with. Next trip I was here, I was getting a manicure. I wanted a Christmas set (very simple, all straight lines/stripes and nothing "artsy" about them, mostly patterns). I showed the guy a picture and then waited an hour and 45 minutes for an artist that could do what I had pictured. We sat down and the girl told me she couldn't do 2/5 designs I had showed her, but she said she would keep it Christmassy. Literally ONE nail was like the photos, she just did what she wanted on all of the others. Honestly I was going to let it go until they posted a picture of a girl who had "stolen" from them on their Instagram. Another woman was saying that the quality of nails she has received here has not been great so there is probably more to the story. I basically commented that I had a similar experience and she was probably correct. Not that theft of services is ever okay, just that there was probably more to be told that just a woman deciding to walk out on a $170.00 ****. They blocked me and deleted my comments. I commented from my alt account and told them to just take the feed back and quit blocking people for sharing their experiences. They blocked me again. So here I am. I want everyone to know how unprofessional, uncleanly and how low quality this place is. One of their ***** is that they are a nail "bar", but unless you ask, you're not offered a drink. When you do ask, it's cheap champagne or soda lol. If you're a "small business" that is hurting, TAKE THE FEEDBACK. Don't push all of you customers away because word of mouth travels FAST. Also, if you're gonna block someone, you might as well take their photos off of your Instagram as advertisments lol This place is garbage....HOT garbage.
