april 19 I purchased 2 perfect petzzz as a gift for my kids. When they opened for their bday 1 worked and 1 was broke - does not breathe. We changed the batteries and still did not work. I contacted the company 3 times since, on 2 different email addresses and no response. Their ******** site has many comments that customer service does not respond. I wanted an exchange but at this point a refuns!Initial Complaint

I bought a toy from this company, who does business as Perfect Petzzz. The toy is supposed to be lifelike, soft, with sleeping/breathing noises. When the toy arrived it was hard to the touch, glued to the bed it was on, and the breathing noises loud and creepy. It sounded like Darth Vader. I went to the company website (https://perfectpetzzz.com/) to get contact information. There is only an email for contacting them. I have sent 3 emails requesting a return and refund. I have received no replies. Instead, I received a second notice that my order was complete, followed by an email the next morning stating that they were archiving records and inadvertently sent me an email. No mention of the two emails I had sent up to that point. No replies to any of my attempts to contact.Business response
