I can only wear Zeiss progressive lenses and the Doctor where I originally received my prescription did not have Zeiss so I called a few businesses and Round Rock Eyes said they have Zeiss lenses so I took my prescription to Round Rock eyes to get new glasses specifically requesting Zeiss progressive lenses. Once the glasses arrived I went to pick them up, they didnt feel comfortable but the technician said it would take a little while to adjust so I tried for a few weeks but could not wear them. I brought them back to Round Rock eyes for an adjustment which took a few weeks. The technician called and I went to pick up the adjusted glasses. I paid over $500 for Zeiss progressive lenses. I received the adjusted glasses but they still did not feel right and bothered my eyes whenever I wore them. I did not understand why and have never been able to wear them. I went back for an eye exam two years later and again told Round **** eyes that I could never wear the glasses I bought from them. I had my eye exam and went to look at new glasses for my new prescription. That is when I found out from the Technician that the glasses I have never been able to wear that I bought from Round Rock eyes previously were not Zeiss lenses. They were actually Shamir lenses. I told her I specifically requested ***** lenses and was not aware that I had actually been given and paid for another brand. I asked how she can tell and she said zeiss lenses have a z that she can see but it is hard to tell. I felt taken advantage of by Round Rock eyes. I paid $500 for a product I did not receive. I can only wear Zeiss lenses and told them that several times and they gave me another brand without my knowledge. I would like my money back or to have the Zeiss lenses I requested and thought I paid for and thought I had. I would Not expect this fraud from a ***************
