    This company is very disappointing.They are abusive towards their tenants and although there are many bad reviews online I never thought they would actually do the same thing to me .However , they did .So many people warned me that once you move out they will try everything in their power to keep your deposit even when there is nothing majorly wrong with the home . This is exactly what transpired for me as well . Everything they charged me for fell within the realm of normal wear and tear , but they still decided to charge an insanely high amount in order for me to compensate them for me moving out and them not having a tenant to replace me .They seem to target minorities and their practices are unlawful . I know that the BBB may be able to assist , they do not deserve to conduct business as they are the worst company I have EVER encountered. Their lack of morals , and financial honesty leads them to prey on middle class citizens and that is not ok . The practices of the business are suspicious and seem fraudulent .

    Hello **** *********** is in cross reference to another complaint received ,complaint *********** ,by a complainant .We have attached a very few  pictures of how the property was left behind upon the tenant's Move Out .The Move Out charges are based upon the Move In Inventory Condition provided and the Residential Lease Contract .More details including the invoices  can be provided upon request .

    Since we are unable to attach all the pictures  and the invoices of the work done at the property and the amount being charged, we can drop the documents at the BBB Office upon further request .

    Trinity Texas Property Management is a SCAM!They are creating false charges to tenants having tenants pay for a months worth of rent even after move out by taking the rent amount out of their deposit .They fail to provide legal itemized documentation of any charges they claim are valid . They are racist , grimy , slumlord thieves and do not deserve to have control of anyones finances . They have created FALSE invoices to support their absurd predatory charges . The business deserves to be shut down !

    I am rejecting this response because all photo evidence provided falls under NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR the facts at hand are the charges Trinity Texas Property Management have made are all falsified . They utilized their fraudulent company tied to this company to pay themselves . Any invoices that they are able to provide are falsified made up documents .
    Furthermore, they have been unable to provide us with signed documents of move in conditions. Failing to provide those documents there is no way to compare the prior move in conditions to the move out conditions invalidating their evidence entirely .

    I am rejecting this response because these invoices are fraudulently made! These invoices are the same invoices that Trinity Texas Property drafted up via their second company ****** Home Developers . This same company does not even specialize in the services in which Trinity Texas Properties has created false invoice services for . They continue to reject my request for LEGAL ITEMIZED DOCUMENTATION because they falsified the charges in its entirety.
    The pictures provided above further support my claim of them falsifying the work done and creating fake invoices as ****** Home Developers are a renovation company and nothing Trinity Texas Properties did on said home required renovations.

    I am rejecting this response because the legitimacy of the business was not in question. The fraudulent/false charges were . They continue to disregard my request for LEGAL ITEMIZED documentation for the charges that they illegally created an invoice for .
    Per my previous attachments provided, the company ****** Home Developers does not specialize nor offer services for which they have charged my account for . 
    The only suitable resolution here is a refund .

    I am rejecting this response because Trinity Texas property NEVER requested for us to meet them in office . Not once during our conversation exchange have they mentioned an in person visit, we have documented and saved all email conversations.Via our last interaction they asked me to break down why they should refund my request. That was 6 days ago and I  have not received a response.  If they did reach out please request of them to provide you with evidence that is dated and time stamped of when they reached out . 
    Furthermore, all evidence provided by Trinity Texas property is poorly drafted up . We have yet to come to a resolution and they continue to provide you all with unrelated documents just to drag on the claim made against their suspicious and fraudulent charges . We have asked for a refunded amount of $2859.98.They continue in bad faith withholding information and particular documents . They do not have our original move in documents , they have not provided our legal itemized documents and have yet to refund us our money .

    Please let us know what can be done so we can stop this endless cycle of nonsense . They clearly want to drag the issue and if you look at the reviews on their page they have conducted numerous schemes before .

    My family and I are currently renting from this property management company and they have been extremely terrible. Prior to move in, the company communicated and pushed ** to sign our lease quickly. When discussing the lease, I specifically asked that they thoroughly cleaned the carpet being that we had a 5 week old baby that would be in the home. After saying that the carpets would be cleaned we agreed to sign the lease. Within 1 week of occupying the home our family found excessive amounts of fur, dander and food residue which resulted in an allergic reaction all over our childs face. We ended up paying a hospital bill off nearly $800 for this concern.Now that we are attempting to break our lease, the leasing department has ceased to be responsive and is asking for us to pay a fee when they have been in breach of contract from the beginning.They have intentionally ignored phone calls, not responded to emails, not given access to amenities and have attempted to lie saying the carpets would be cleaned again when in reality they were only being vacuumed. This company has repeatedly lied and ultimately caused extreme inconvenience to myself and my family.

    We are tenants living at property managed by Trinity Texas Property Management Company. We raised a maintenance request on ** system as its overheating the house. For the ** diagnosis they charged ** an unapproved amount of $196 on 01/24/2023 though we have nothing to do with the issue. They explained these charges were made due to the ** system diagnosis for the maintenance request we made. We have been following up since then (January 2023) through text messages, multiple calls, email and no resolution has been made.
