April 11, 2023 I went to at eat China E Buffet with a friend. We had made our plates and sat down to eat. I tried my food and it did not taste appealing. My fried rice had a weird taste to it. Even my friend tried the rice and stated the exact same thing and also spit it out. The shrimp on my plate was to over cooked to the point where it was too soft. So me and friend got up and left. When I got to my vehicle, I got a notification on my phone that cash-app card was charged for *****. And was declined because I didnt approved the payment. I was confused because I never paid. I came to realization that my card was no longer in my pants pocket. So I walked back into the restaurant and went to speak with the Manager and asked her where was my card and why was my card swipe without my permission. The gos on about why I did I leave and etc. I explained that the food was not appealing and that it was nasty. The lady did not want to give me my card. I told her I would call the police. The police came and she told that I left my card on the table when that was never the case. They were holding my card hostage in till the police came.
