            I received my monthly bill and was charged $20 for a missed appointment fee but I didn't miss my appointment on 9/27/2023. The guy was on the phone with me trying to do an upgrade to scout but wasn't able to after 18 minutes and told me to reschedule. I never missed my appointment and still have my call log that shows how long he was on the phone for. I've tried numerous times emailing their ***************************************** but haven't heard back. I need this fee removed I'm not paying for something I didn't miss.

            ***********************************-Com, Refuses to assist me with configuration issues they caused when uninstalling their software from my computer. This company installed their proprietary software, their preferred Internet Protection, their preferred Pop-up Blocker onto my Brand-New computer system and then proceeded to monitor my computer which remained fully functional until they uninstalled their proprietary software and destroyed the functionality of my computer, and their best response was to tell me this: These are some solutions our technicians would try if you were a client and we were assisting you:-Removing the ad-blocker -Having you remove ESET -SFC **** (instructions to this are google-able).If this fails, we would recommend you factory reset the computer.In our companies entire time of service, we have never had a client report issues with their DVD drive. Our software doesnt affect hardware.You are no longer a client of our service and because our software has been uninstalled already, we are unable to provide assistance or servicing on the machine.
