I immediately brought this discrepancy to the attention of the staff and requested to speak with the manager. Despite assurances that the manager would contact me, I have yet to receive any communication from Spin Zone Laundry.I find this bait-and-switch tactic unacceptable and deeply unfair to customers who rely on accurate pricing information when choosing a service provider.
