On the 31st of March my husband and I got a $45 gift card at Rack Room Shoes. When we went to buy white converse shoes they told us that they dont sell classic white ********* Therefore, we tried to have a refund of the gift card by showing both the gift card unused and the printed receipt. The shop assistant was not very professional and told us to come another day because she didnt know how to do refund and that her manager was not in store. We asked her for customer service number to have further help. **************** answered us today: "Thank you for contacting Rack Room Shoes. I have submitted your request to receive a refund on the gift card you purchase. Unfortunately we are not able refund the card at this time. Please keep in mind that there is no expiration on the card, and it doesn't lose value over time".?By law, if you are showing a printed receipt you are entitled to have a refund for anything that has been purchased, whether it is a physical object or not. Therefore, I would like to have the refund that I deserve by law.Thank you
